Lovely hotel. Staff and entertainment team are brilliant. Shows in the evening were amazing. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Lots of choice of food. Room was spacious but limited storage.
Great Hotel and animation team brilliant 👍🏻
Good for families, food really good, coffee shop a great idea
Excellent place for family, love that. Food is so great!
We had a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again.
Evra and the whole Guest Services team were absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond to make my partner’s birthday special, decorating our room beautifully and checking in with us to make sure she had a lovely evening. Their attention to detail and kindness really made a difference.
The only negative part of our stay was our arrival. We were told that there were no rooms available and that three couples would have to stay together in a single apartment, which was not what we had paid for. We tried to raise our concerns, but were essentially told to get on with it and that it could be changed the following day. This was disappointing, particularly after having booked and paid for a specific room.
Aside from this, the stay itself was great. The bar staff work relentlessly and are always friendly and attentive, the food was good, and it was clear that the facilities team are constantly undertaking maintenance to keep everything in good condition. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would happily return
We stayed at Hotel Lago last October. The hotel itself is nice and cozy, but the attitude and service of the staff left a lot to be desired. We had a large group and booked our stay a year in advance. However, upon arrival, we were offered completely different rooms that did not have a sea view. When we said we didn't want them, we were told that the rooms we had booked were currently unavailable because the hotel was overbooked. If we had simply accepted it, we probably would have been stuck in those wrong rooms for the entire vacation. And when we started raising our voices and demanding the service we paid for, they even threatened to call security on us 😀
