10 days of Sunshine 🌞,smiles😁and fabulous service!!
Today is our last day here after a fantastic 10 days at New Garden Luna Side and we would highly recommend it!
The apartments are basic but perfectly comfortable and they are cleaned regularly, with fresh towel changes every 3 days which was great.
The staff made our stay. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and incredibly attentive. We arrived at 2am and the receptionist asked if we were hungry or needed a drink and offered to get us something even though the cafe/bar was shut. That’s the kind of care you get here.
No issues whatsoever with sunbeds — we always got one without having to get up at the crack of dawn. There’s a poolside bar/cafe that does great food and drinks for really reasonable prices, and right there on site is a little shop which is also very reasonably priced. For bigger shops, there are lots of bigger supermarkets nearby to grab essentials since it’s self-catering.
Other great touches: if you need a taxi the reception staff will call one for you, there’s a shuttle bus to the beach so no stress getting there, and on site there’s a Turkish bath which was the perfect way to start our holiday and relax.
It felt like everything was sorted for you. We’ve felt looked after for the whole 10 days. We would definitely come back!

Lovely!
Fantastic hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. A special thank you to Omer, the bartender, who was incredibly kind, professional, and made every visit enjoyable. The massage and spa were also amazing—very relaxing and the perfect way to unwind. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately, my stay at Luna Side Apart Hotel was quite disappointing. There were several issues that affected my holiday experience.
First of all, I was surprised that the air conditioning was not included and we had to pay an extra £7 per day to use it. The internet was also charged separately. In a hot country like Turkey, air conditioning should be considered an essential service, not an extra cost.
The room cleaning was only done once every three days, and unfortunately the cleanliness was not good enough. The room was quite dirty and needed much more attention.
Another big problem was the noise in the mornings. From around 3:00 am until 8:00 am, there was a rooster crowing and a dog barking, which made it very difficult to sleep and relax.
The food and drinks at the hotel were expensive. Also, guests are not allowed to bring their own food or drinks to the pool area, which was inconvenient.
The positive point was the staff. They were friendly and helpful, especially Murat, who was very kind, professional, and always tried to help guests.
Overall, the location is good, but because of the extra charges, lack of cleanliness, and constant early morning noise, I would not choose this hotel again.

We stayed in this apartment for about 8 to 9 days and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly—huge shoutout to Omer, Melisa, and Mo! They spoke great English, so communication was a breeze. I’d definitely recommend this place. The only downside was the location; it’s on the outskirts of Antalya, so getting to the main town and popular tourist spots can take a bit of time.
