One of our best resort stays to date
This is definitely in my top 5 of worldwide resorts, I really couldn’t fault it. Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, mini fridge topped up every day, everything worked and was well maintained. As far as the dining experience is concerned I found the main buffet restaurant to have plenty of choice every day and the three restaurants where a reservation is required were of a high standard with the Curio (steak) experience being the best. All the spirits and mixers are premium brands with the beer and red/white, sparkling wine being extremely drinkable. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained…I have had views in Central America and the Caribbean that were not as good as this. What was really pleasing was the availability of sun loungers around all of the pools and in the grounds. Never once did we have any problems finding one, and the reserving of loungers with towels is frowned upon and actively discouraged. Although not an adult’s only resort, I would say the high percentage of guests were of a “mature” age but there were a few families with young children who were definitely catered for. The evening entertainment is in my opinion much better than your average resort fare, a couple of pretty good groups performed during our 10 night stay. All the staff at this resort are outstanding. The communal areas are kept spotlessly clean, they are like a small private army, always busy doing something, always smiling and ready to exchange a few words with you. There were a few that really stood out during our stay and who definitely enhanced our experience. At the bar in the evening Umut and Hanife always looked after us…it didn’t take long for them to know our drink preferences and topped us up regularly. Murat who is based around the pool was there every time I looked up and was ready and waiting with a drink for us, amazing service. Sümeyra who cleaned our room each day was lovely, always smiling and so very friendly. If management read this, you should be proud of them. You can easily walk into Side from the rear of the resort. It took us about 40 minutes each way. It’s all flat, no traffic and the old town is definitely worth a visit both during the day and evening. We felt very safe even late at night and the shopping was pretty good as well. I had a mixture of currency, but everything is priced in euros and I didn’t get any price advantage when using Turkish Lira. Cash is still king here. All in all we had a really great time here and will probably be returning around the same time next year.

Murat is truly an exceptional person and an incredibly hardworking member of the hotel team. Every day, despite the intense heat, he walks around the pool dozens of times, always smiling and asking guests if they would like something to drink. His dedication, kindness and genuine care for the guests are truly remarkable.
You can immediately see how much effort he puts into his work. When Murat has a day off, his absence is really noticeable — guests genuinely miss his presence and the wonderful service he provides.

Mixed feelings
Just got back from a week staying at the polama perissia and I’ve got mixed feelings about it. In all it’s a fantastic hotel very clean and massive pools,rooms are spacious and clean it’s got nice touches around with likes of the mini bar in the room to fridges dotted around the complex with bottled water. A massive shout out to Murat around the pool he never stops and always comes and ask if you want a drink so you never have to leave your lounger he is a massive asset to the hotel and deserves a special mention, the beach is ok rocky in the sea but otherwise it’s ok. The bad points you don’t know what’s on entertainment wise without going on the app which like me I don’t use my phone while away and the other is the food it’s more towards Eastern European and what food there was it was more of the same and lacking choice in my opinion but in all it’s a great hotel but would I visit again Is a hard one as with all inclusive you’d expect better food with more choices and different themes daily in my honest opinion

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Service & A Wonderful Hotel
Murat Uçar was absolutely incredible throughout our holiday. He was always so friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to look after us around the pool, bringing us drinks without us even having to ask. He remembered what we liked, was attentive without ever being intrusive, and always made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his lovely personality and fantastic service really made our holiday extra special. He genuinely went that extra mile and is a real credit to the hotel.
We also absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful hotel. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities to the friendly staff and high standard of service, everything came together to make it such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There was a lovely atmosphere throughout, and we felt so well looked after from start to finish.
But Murat deserves a special mention because people like him really do make a holiday memorable. ❤️ Thank you for looking after us so well, Murat. You made our holiday even more enjoyable! We will definitely remember you and hope to see you again. 🌞🍹❤️

Exemplary genuine customer care
We are back for 2 weeks which is our 10th twice a year visit. Fabulous value and location. In particular one of the reasons for our frequent visits is the meeting, greeting and service we receive from Sultan and Ibrahim in the Dining Room. Nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure we have a wonderful stay. Many thanks and congratulations on their excellent and genuine interest and customer service. It is lovely to see that they are training new recruits who have the best and kindest teachers.
