Excellent - again.
Having written previous detailed reviews of this wonderful hotel and with the [excellent] standards having been maintained, this will be relatively brief. Having arrived later than anticipated - due to delays by Tui with the transfer from the airport - we nevertheless received a warm welcome. We were given a welcome cool drink whilst being swiftly checked in and our luggage was taken to our room. It was a larger one than on previous visits but still with, as requested, a view over the surrounding area, rather than the pool. Six months into the season, it was immaculately clean on our arrival and kept that way by our wonderful maid. We were aware, before arriving, of some senior staff changes (promotion) and on our first day also spotted that some of the younger restaurant staff had changed from last year. That did not matter - as again the service from the staff, in all areas, was friendly and impeccable every day. Our excellent regular restaurant waitress this year was I think Sediz and the two regular [senior] pool bar staff also looked after us very well - remembering our regular choices for during the day and after dinner. As my wife eats very little and I need to watch my weight, we actually prefer the main (buffet) restaurant to 'a-la-carte' - as we can look for small portions of tasty items and still sometimes be tempted by the huge range of dessert choices. We also found that, for this year, the two (upstairs) 'a-la-carte restaurants' were offering a new, what was described as 'snack bar' service, at lunch time. What that really meant was items selected from a menu and cooked to order - rather than the hot buffet downstairs. To ring the changes, we had three very enjoyable lunches up there - choosing apparently 'light' dishes. Savas - the hotel manager - was in evidence at least 16 hours a day, moving around the hotel to check with guests and staff that all was well - as, of course, it was. The Tui reps. had changed from last year but again were great - accepting that we liked a quiet time and not doing the fitness activities. This year my wife did some of the cooking and craft events that they had organised and really enjoyed them. Extending our check-out time - in view of our evening flight - was, due to the Reception staff - a painless process.v All in all, another wonderful hotel stay - with us very sad to leave and justifying very many thanks to Savas and his team - who we think deserve to win the best Tui Blue Hotel award.

Simply the best
Where do I start ! We have been coming to this hotel for 10 years now, and we are not ones to repeat stay anywhere. So why here ? Its a mix of the staff, the location, the food and generally the overall 'vibe' this hotel has. From the minute we welcomed in by Emir at reception and then taken to our immaculate room (Feride the chamber maid was excellent) overlooking the pool we was back home. We went downstairs and was welcomed by the Pool Bar staff (Ismail & Halil) who were so attentive and engaging and then to the buffet restaurant where a world of good food awaited . Mehmet our waiter, who we know well, was as ever perfect in looking after our needs. We on occasion went to the olive/collunarium either for lunch or dinner and both times the food was excellent (Nuri leads the way in the Cullunarium). In the evening we went to the roof top bar where Burak leads the way at the bar and every other night there is live music which was great (there was also a silent disco which was great fun). We would also visit the lounge bar where Halit makes some of the best cocktails I have ever had (hes also one of the nicest people on the planet). So you can see from the above there is a main theme here.......The People. They are one of the best teams I have ever seen, true premier league, lead by Hussan, Mehmet and the ever walking Savas. We have booked already for next year and cant wait .

Simply Fabulous
Absolutely FABULOUS!
I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in different countries, and as an American, I’ll admit I’m pretty picky. This hotel went above and beyond any expectations I had.
- Comfy and home-like feeling from minute one.
No wristbands! They actually remember you and what you like. From the porter to the housekeepers, everyone greets you with a smile and a “hi.” You immediately feel welcome.
- Food for every taste.
The food was different every evening, with so many special food events. Both the main courses and desserts were expertly prepared and beautifully decorated. Food allergies were also very clearly marked, which I really appreciated.
- A beautiful beach just steps away.
You’re only one little green zone away from the private beach, with an attendant there to take care of you. Coffee, ayran, ice cream, refreshments—you name it. The beach has beautiful white sand and wonderfully calm water, with no breaking waves or huge stones on the bottom. No swim shoes needed!
- Beautiful promenade to Old Side.
We walked there every evening. It was so relaxing—music, a nice breeze, and a beautiful atmosphere. It became one of my favorite parts of the stay.
- Comfortable, modern rooms.
The rooms have a safe, a full-size mini fridge, and a perfect shower. And the mattress deserves a special mention! It was a proper, comfortable mattress—not two little mattresses pushed together—and it wasn’t too soft. I slept incredibly well.
- If you love good drinks, this is your place.
Custom hot and cold coffees, local beer on tap, and an incredible selection of drinks. I have never stayed at an all-inclusive where alcohol of this quality was included.
And you MUST try the lobby bar! The bartender is a magician!!! He learns what you like and creates drinks specifically to your taste. Absolutely fantastic.
- Huge, crystal-clear pool.
The pool is beautiful, huge, and—most importantly—there was no strong chlorine smell or taste.
- Never a shortage of sunbeds.
Not once did we have trouble finding a bed at the beach or by the pool. And I mean not once!
- Separate smoking and non-smoking areas.
This is surprisingly rare in Turkey, from what I’ve experienced, and I really appreciated it.
- Hamam and massages right at the hotel.
The hotel has a hamam with all kinds of massages at very reasonable prices. Very convenient and a great way to relax.
- Food available all day and night.
Fresh sandwiches are available if you want to grab something for a trip, excursion, or even your drive back to the airport. Such a thoughtful touch.
And this is just a small part of what makes this place special.
If you’re traveling without kids, look no further. For us, this was perfection.
I met many people who return year after year—some have been coming 10, 20, and even 30 times! After staying here, I completely understand why.
We will absolutely be back. ❤️

Fabulous hotel, grounds are compact but never had issues with getting a sunbed. Great location for walking into Side centre. It’s the staff that make this place special, so hardworking and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Special thanks to Ismail waiting with our morning coffee every day! Dogun on the animation team, Hassan and his team for the fantastic choice of food. Nuretin in the Culinarium Al a Carte. The Spa for a hot stone massage was divine. George on the Sunset bar for keeping us watered. Hotel manager Savas who appears everywhere around the hotel, and checks in with everyone at least 6 times a day! I think he’s been cloned!! The only negative issue was the ‘No Smoking’ around the pool wasn’t always adhered to. I can understand why most of their customers return year after year. We will definitely be back. Another wonderful stay
Just returned home from a second visit to this wonderful hotel. Standards are still as high as they were during our first visit. All staff members are enthusiastic, helpful, polite and friendly. Savas the manager always checks and ensures guests have everything they need to make sure their stay is perfect. The room cleaning staff work tirelessly to keep the rooms spotlessly clean. There are too many wonderful staff to mention by name but a special mention to Ismail who serves drinks very efficiently around the pool and always with a smile, Halit and Burak who run the lobby and Sunset bars providing guests with delicious and beautifully decorated cocktails and Nuri who runs the Al a Carte restaurant so efficiently with such a friendly manner. Thanks to you all for another amazing and relaxing holiday, see you next year!
