Andiz Hotel - part of a family.
What a Fantastic Hotel with equally fantastic staff. From the second you arrive you are treated like a member of a family not just a guest. We have been here a few days and have a few more to go, but had to let all know how great it is..if you can, book a swim up room. And definitely have a spa session. Both are superb. The food and drinks are excellent, but a parting remark is to reiterate how friendly and accommodating all the staff are
Fantastic Hotel
We’ve just returned from our 2-week holiday at The Barut Andiz in Turkey, and it was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Rooms 1227 & 1225
Savas and his team made us feel incredibly welcome and couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. It was refreshing to see a hotel manager so involved with guests day and night. We had some great chats and laughs, and it was lovely that you understood our British humour. Thank you also for arranging extra sittings in the à la carte restaurant, we really appreciated it.
The food and drinks were some of the best we’ve had in a long time, and the bar staff were always happy to accommodate any drink requests. Gorgeous George, you are amazing and a real credit to the hotel—you went above and beyond for us with your endless drinks service. Halit and Ulas in the lobby bar also did a fantastic job, serving great drinks a little strong at times, but who can complain when you’re on holiday!
A special mention to Ismail, who works tirelessly around the pool all day. You never stop, always making sure everyone is looked after and hydrated, all with a constant smile and friendly chat—an absolute credit to the hotel.
The à la carte restaurants were lovely, with excellent food and very friendly staff who were always happy to help. A big thank you to Ehmet and Nuri for being so welcoming and attentive.
The hotel itself may not be large, but the service is truly impeccable. Everywhere is spotless and very clean, rooms are cleaned daily, and the mini fridge is restocked every day. Staff are also happy to change or supply drinks on request, which was a great touch.
The beach is just a couple of minutes’ stroll from the hotel, with plenty of sunbeds available. Kadir on the beach works incredibly hard all day, always checking in to see if you need anything—drinks, watermelon, cherries, or ice lollies—such great service.
The entertainment team also do a fantastic job and work extremely hard to keep everyone entertained.
The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s about a 20–25 minute walk along the sea promenade into Side Old Town, which is a must-visit with its beautiful streets, shops, bars, and restaurants.
A huge thank you to Savas and the entire amazing team for making our holiday so enjoyable and for making us feel so welcome at all times. We truly had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend The Barut Andiz, hotel and we will definitely be returning someday.

Absolutely amazing
The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s 5 mins to the beach and the prom. 20 minute walk along the prom to the old town. We took a private transfer from the airport which took an hour. The manager said one evening if it’s your first time here, welcome to the family. And honestly that’s what it feels like. The staff are polite, friendly, attentive and personal, the atmosphere around the hotel is happy and homely. Our room was lovely, on arriving there was a bottle of fizz on an ice bucket, fresh fruit on a platter and homemade chocolate and little macaroons. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, and plenty of clothes space. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows. The fridge has drinks and water which is filled daily. And there’s a beach bag in your room with your beach towels in. The food is fabulous, lots to choose from, you can get something all day. The desserts are amazing. The al a carte restaurants are outstanding, from the food to the service. The entertainment up on the top floor in the sunset bar is great, there’s live music, a silent disco which was brilliant, belly dancers. There is lots of choice of activities during the day if you want to do them, but no one pesters you. We did aqua aerobics everyday and my husband played water volley ball in the afternoon. The manager of the hotel walks round all day, speaking to guests checking everyone’s ok, he even came down to the beach checking people where happy, he greeted guests in the restaurant every meal time and took the time to chat with guests about their day. It’s those small personal touches that make this hotel fabulous.

SIMPLY THE BEST
Me and my wife have just returned from a 2 week break / stay here 30th july -13th august. Firstly i would like to say a big thank you to the hotel manager savas always around to help and ensuring your holiday goes smoothly and that you have the best time nothing was too much trouble thank you for booking us in the italian à la carte restaurant even tho it was fully booked. All the staff here are hard working and polite from bar staff to the cleaners i would like to give a special mention to the pool boy serving drinks around the pool all day excellent service he does not stop all day delivering drinks and fruit to your table with a smile. also GEORGE the bar manger lovley bloke again can not do enough for you always greeting you with a smile excellent service. Thank you for a lovley holiday the food was exceptional with a wide variety the pool area was wonderful and clean. You even have service on the private beach which was equally as good serving drinks and snacks. What can i say except this was a great holiday in a well run hotel credit to savos and all the hard working staff we have booked to come back next year all ready many of the guests return year after year and we can see why! me and my wife never ever go to the same place twice as there is a whole world out there with lots to see but we are returning next year as it really is the good lovley atmosphere and a beautiful hotel. thank you again see you next year jason & louise

Greetins from Finland. My daughter and I stayed at hotel 03.08-11.08 was a truly wonderful experience . This is a small hotel, cozy, had a special atmosphere and very personal approach to ITS guests. We stayed a junior suite with two balconies , one of then with jacuzzi. Enjoy a jacuzzi while watching the sunrise or siniset was unforgettable. The toim cleaned every day and we Especial appreciated the choice of different of pullossa. A small details , but that makes a big difference. As yoga enthusiasr, I was delighited to discover that yoga were offered every day. Our wonderful instructor Nicole made the experience truly special. Practicing yoga on the hotel terrace overlooking the sen, with a gentle breeze, was pleasure. Member of the beach team was incredibly caring, positivismi, and attentive to every guest. We were always provided with mineral water, ICE cream and frech fruits such a watermelon and cherries. I woud alko like to mention the hotel manageri, who is attentive . He regularly joina breakfast, lunch, and Sinner. Sokeaksi with guests, asked about their experience and visit beach every day. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable, peaceful and memorsble!
