6 days Pool closed everyday for two hours Pool entertainment is poor with little activities to get involved. Music very good. Sunbeds taken and never used and gone by 8:30 Entertainment area is too small Entertainment isn’t that great a lot of karaoke No spirits on the island are free Food in general is ok, some taste very bland, not enough different types of desert. I.e ice cream, yogurts, many are too sweet and covered in syrup

Hotel very clean. Maid was brilliant and room spotless - Narlan Staff are fantastic and the service is excellent Ali who cleans the pool area work incredibly hard and needs help running around all the time

The island is brilliant, plenty to see and do with nice shops. Food Hall is nice, the Jet2 bar is never open until late which is a shame. The slides are great and the children love it. The 24 hour burgerland was always a godsend when ever we were hungry outside the restaurant hours.

Would we come back 4 of 7 said yes

On arrival to the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome when discussing rooms wanted £600 for swim up room for 10 nights and wouldn’t move off that price so we declined are room was a 2 bedroom which was cleaned every day and drinks left in the fridge and clean towels left everyday we were in room 1238 which was great away from the lifts the hotel is clean and tidy

Food is a bit hit and miss as they don’t really cater for the English taste but we did find something to eat the pool bar is good and also the island food court down side are drinks alcoholic ones they are just not good been to less star hotels with better selection and if you want cocktails you have to pay the hotel could do so much better on the drink front but the peach iced tea was a great hit especially in our refillable cups

The shops in the hotel are priced crazy but that’s what you would expect

Hotel area is ok ish I would say it very run down they are building a new shopping area but every shop is selling the same stuff

Restaurants in the area are ok we done blue shark and green haven and stopped at Big Ben and the London eye for drinks prices are crazy but we knew before just be prepared to hand over money

Would we return if the hotel improved its food options and the drinks it would be a great hotel with plenty to do

The atmosphere around the hotel was good and no problem getting sun beds no matter what time you got down to the pool just ask the pool guy
