My stay at Lujo has been absolutely perfect. It actually started even before we arrived, through our communication with our Joy Advisor, Mr. Abdelhafid Elhilal, who helped us plan our stay and was incredibly involved in making every detail special.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Abdelhafid and Ms. Wisal. They both became a great part of our experience, always assisting us, helping with our plans, and making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is amazing, the food is excellent, and the facilities are beautiful. But what impressed us even more was the staff everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and respectful.
I highly recommend Lujo to anyone looking for a truly special experience.
And a special thank you to Mr. Abdelhafid Elhilal for his exceptional care, attention, and dedication. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Many thanks to the wonderful team across the beach, spa, concierge, bell service, bar, and reception. Your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly special.
Overall experience / clinic
The resort was beautiful and the views were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The resort also has a clinic, where I received an IV drip and the necessary tests. A special thank you to Nurse Hilal, who was absolutely amazing. She was extremely kind, caring, respectful, and made me feel very comfortable. Her help and professionalism really stood out and made my experience even better.
Exceptional
The hotel, the staff, the butler team, and the restaurants—especially Kuu—were all exceptional. Truly a seven-star property with seven-star service. Special thanks to Berat and Sena from the butler team for making our stay even more memorable.

From the moment we arrived, the personal touches made this holiday so special. Our 4-year-old was treated like a VIP, with her own mini robe, slippers, and toiletries set waiting for her.
Despite the size of the resort, getting around was effortless thanks to the buggy service and escalators. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with luxury sunbeds, waiter service, and staff who even took care of setting up our towels for us.
A huge thank you to the personal assistants who went above and beyond, helping with restaurant reservations and making sure nothing was ever too much trouble.
The entertainment was simply the best we’ve ever experienced on holiday, with incredible live shows every night and fantastic activities throughout the day.
A truly unforgettable holiday that exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to return!
