Hotel is very nice good location staff amazing bar staff helpful entertainment team very helpful make them self known with information tell us the game a daily programes and activity going show progames tell nice music round the pool bars made so good friends with maria

Happy holidays 😍
My 8th time in La Blanche resort Bodrum!❤️ And not the last one,already booked for next year,will be happy to be here in May till June🥰amazing 5 weeks! Always close to animation team,they are great guys! Special love to Maria & Mehmet,they are so lovely and friendly,always happy and very good what they do😊Also thanks for Nevzat,he is also such a good person! Bade is so sweet and helps me every time with fitness lessons! Happy to be around these people! With love Soili the Queen🥰❤️
Disappointed
Returned 2 weeks ago it was our third time here an this year we was disappointed, last year we had an amazing time the animation team was brillant things going on threw out the day , singing , dancing water games was brillant this year not really nothing which was disappointing, the evening entertain was also disappointing same paparazzi party as last year an the rest of the week didn’t really enjoy , it’s a shame as the hotel as such potential an seems to have gone backwards in the entertainment sector , the food was great an I would say more variety than last year , the room well on arrival said we was being upgraded even though we paid for a family room we got a sea view family room which was great but air con was not working I rang an someone came up an said it takes 2 hours to kick in well it was the same all week I only never complained again as it wasn’t to hot if we went June /July an it was in the 30s I would of , the animation team well only seen one girl walking around saying volleyball an then Maria who done the aerobics I found her quite rude would only really talk to the Turkish people an never once was invited to come an play were as last year the team would have everyone up morning dances at 10 am I really thing they should bring that back or I won’t be returning which is a shame
It was OK experience
Hotel overall doesn’t fit within 5* ranking, I mean cleaners if the rooms, service upon arrival, messing up with my room, food and drinks at restaurants, but I am giving all 10 stars to the super friendly Spa team. I had 5 sessions of massage with Suat, having in mind that I’m PT, he concentrated on all of my problematic areas and been super professional and friendly. Special thanks to Serkan and whole team for their support, great customer service and care of us during our trip. Neo (the entertainment manager) was also fun and very friendly, let us enjoy ourselves at Papparazi party.
Absolutely disgusting
La Blanche resort was terrible. It was the second time going with my wife and family as we enjoyed it last year. This year however, it was completely different. The animation team was non existent until asking for 5 star reviews, and if you mentioned anything bad about the place they would stonewall you. I was offered a free 10 minute massage which I reluctantly accepted as I was going to enjoy the sauna. After the 10 minutes was up, the bloke told the masseuse to leave the room and I was basically locked in the room until I said yes to pay for a full massage, to which he also lied about the price. Guest services did something about the situation but not enough. Just imagine if he locked himself with a woman in the room next time! I will never visit this hotel again and have being put off going on holiday. I wouldn’t visit this place again even if I got paid for it, it’s absolutely disgusting how they treat guests.
