WONDERFUL
This hotel truly feels like heaven on earth.My family and I had the most incredible holiday here, we stayed for 7 days, and every single day brought a new and beautiful experience The buffet was absolutely amazing, with so much variety and delicious food the night parties were unforgettable definitely some of the highlights of our stay and the beach It was simply heavenly the crystalclear water, the breathtaking mountain views and the beautiful beach bar made every moment feel like a dream. What made the experience even more special was the staff everyone was incredibly friendly welcoming and always available to help you could truly feel how much they cared about making every guestβs stay special I would recommend this hotel with all my heart and would come back in a heartbeat I sincerely hope I get the chance to relive this experience again one day Thank you π
Worth every penny
The hotel was located close to wanted destinations, the rooms were cleaned everyday and everything needed was provided in the bathroom or in stores within the hotel, definitely worth the money. The staff were very nice and welcoming, often helping us with problems we faced during the stay, you can also just press a button in front of the place to get a taxi immediately. There were very talented singers and a musical that we enjoyed, though the noise could last late at night. The food was varied and SO delicious. The beach and pool was nice. Worth the stay.
An absolute must stay
This is our 1st holiday abroad in 12 years and a 1st for our 2 children. We decided to go all out with a 5 star all inclusive stay at Jiva Beach upon recommendation from the tui representative. The day before we felt so apprehensive about our decision, was this the place where we could make cherished memories with our family? We just wanted to have a great stay. Well Jive Beach, you absolutely deserve every single one of those 5 stars. The service from every one of your staff has been outstanding from cleaners to guest services. Everything is so clean and everyone has been so helpful. The rooms are lovely and cleaned everyday if you want a clean, the fridge is stocked daily. Pools are cleaned every night by a cute little robot. The food WOW, we have never seen so much selection of different food to cater for every requirement. All cooked well too, no need to worry about uncooked food. The pools are plentiful with staff laying out extra sun loungers if you cant find one (yes there were the sun lounger hoggers putting their towels out at 6am, you get them everywhere). 5 pools and plenty of pool activities for adults and children. Evening entertainment is AMAZING, Jiva Beach really have a great selection of entertainment and is spot on from the Ethiopian circus to the beach DJ and violinist you will not be left unentertained. Spa treatments are readily available, gym, sauna and steam room. Jiva have their own section of Beach too with plenty of sun loungers, also perfect for watching the sunset. Will we stay again? ABOSULTLEY!!!! You now have life long guests.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly service, excellent rooms and fantastic food. Canβt fault it.
Very poor approach form one member of staff
Staff very helpful but the air-conditioning is none existent unless you're staying out in the hall . Minibar now on our 3rd one only been here 4 days told by the member of staff dealing with the problem it's not meant to cool you're drinks so if you are wishing a cooled drink look elsewhere.
