3rd time at liberty Fabay and won’t be our last!
We visited for our 3rd time and it’s still amazing and we will definitely back for a 4th time. Everything is fantastic, food, service and entertainment. Acro Africa was an absolutely amazing show you can’t miss.
We loved the balbura snack resturant. It’s à la carte and we went every single day as the food and service is amazing and it’s really relaxed.
The service was incredible in the balbura snack restaurant, beach bar and the à la carte restaurants from all staff. However the buffet was a little more hit or miss. Serhat and a couple others in his area was amazing. However when this area was full one night, we waited around 5-10 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. Breakfast was generally quieter although there were a couple times where service was slower.
I want to shout out a few amazing staff members who made our trip even better.
Serhat in the main buffet. He recognised us from last year and was incredibly attentive and always served us our drinks quickly.
Ramazan in the Italian on a night and at the balbura snack bar at lunch time. He really looked after us, his service was brilliant. He always made sure we had a drink.
Sedat Kuzu at the beach bar early evening. He always checked in on us along with other families. He’s amazing with young kids. We saw him making many kids smile and laugh while also doing incredible service. He’s such a friendly guy.
Both Mikail and Caner in the Asian were fantastic. They were both super friendly and attentive.
We will definitely be back again, such a wonderful hotel.
Buddha Indian Restaurant - fantastic food and service
We had a fantastic meal at Buddha Indian Restaurant at Liberty Fabay. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful.
A very special thank you to Mert, who looked after us so well and made our birthday celebration feel extra special. Every need was attended to with such care and attention, particularly our concerns around a nut allergy, which was handled very professionally and gave us great peace of mind.
Mert was also amazing with the kids — so friendly, patient and welcoming. We’d also like to thank the restaurant manager, whose name we unfortunately didn’t get, for helping make the evening so special and ensuring everything was taken care of.
Thank you especially to Mert for going above and beyond. It was a really memorable experience for our family, and we would highly recommend Buddha Indian Restaurant.
A Superb Family Holiday — We’ll Be Back
We visited Liberty Fabay as a family and had an absolutely amazing stay. The resort is superb across the board — the service is genuinely first‑class, the food is excellent, and the facilities are spot on for both adults and kids. Everything feels easy, relaxed, and well looked after, which made the whole trip feel special from start to finish.
The only area that could be improved is the main buffet restaurant. At busy times it can get a bit chaotic, with people going the wrong way through the food stations and queues becoming unclear. It’s a small thing in the grand scheme, but tightening the flow would make the experience even better.
That said, Liberty Fabay is an amazing place and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, high‑quality, stress‑free holiday.
Another Wonderful Stay at Liberty Fabay
This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel with our three children, and it certainly didn’t disappoint.
The luxury begins from the moment you arrive. We were informed that the hotel was unable to accommodate our request for two rooms close together. However, they offered us a complimentary upgrade to a Lake House villa that could accommodate us all. The Lake House was absolutely stunning and gave us access to a private swim-up pool, which made our stay even more special.
The food was top-notch again. We had the pleasure of visiting three à la carte restaurants: Indian, Asian and Seafood. They were all beautiful, but the Asian restaurant really stood out for us. The food was stunning and the service was exceptional. Michael and Kursat looked after us wonderfully and made us feel like very special guests. Michael also remembered us from our visit last year, and it was lovely to see his face light up when he recognised us.
One thing to note for anyone considering the Seafood à la carte: the setting is beautiful, but I would recommend booking an earlier sitting. It is located close to the amphitheatre at the neighbouring Liberty Signa, and when the live music started at around 9:30–10:00pm, it became very loud and did spoil the atmosphere slightly.
Liberty Fabay really does cater for everyone. You can do as much or as little as you like, with a choice of livelier pools or quieter, more relaxing areas.
The only problem we have now is deciding where to go next! How do we find another hotel that can live up to the same expectations? or do we just go for visit number 3 ....
Don’t hesitate....just book it. You will not be disappointed!
1st time ever going back to the same hotel
We cannot fault this hotel. Everything is just perfect. We have never been back to the same hotel until finding Liberty Fabay. Staff incredibly friendly and attentive. Kadir in the Apollon Bar is a great guy, served us cocktails every night - working tirelessly to make sure we had the most enjoyable and relaxing evenings. If you've looked at this hotel, do not hesitate - just book it.
