Staff very friendly..food was ok you could always find something to eat..9.30pm sharp everything is cleared no matter if you are looking at what to choose..its gone..
Hotel is perfect for smokers they can chuff anywhere ..you just cannot escape it ..its awful..the main dining area doors open to the joining outside eating area where smoking permitted so the smoke even gets into the one area smoking isn't allowed..
Room was shabby in decor and had supposedly had been refurbished.. the shower base actually bounced when stood on ..I truly believe it was a bath side panel made into a base for standing in shower. Our relatives room next door was much better all round and had a sturdy wooden shower base ..the balcony was hilarious, both rooms had the same , so small could only fit one chair on it.. rooms very dark too so had to have a light on whatever time of day it was. Maid came in daily made bed and wiped bathroom over .. mini bar- never any water left..in a week we were provided with 6 sachets of coffee and 2 beers that was it.. you can get water from bar for room but knowing other rooms in another block were being replenished daily with everything raises questions of why so random...
There is a section off the main bar which shows football but you have to pay for drinks which I had never experienced in an AI resort... bizarre..efes 6 euros
Beach is more like dirt dust not sand..sea very stoney..pier was best part gorgeous views and breeze there and peaceful.
I have stayed in several 5 star AI in Turkey this certainly is not one of them sorry to say I won't be returning.
The place is an idiotic relaxation retreat the only downside is the restaurant restorantie Roma they we placing food on top of pre used plates and totally forgot about the second course, so having to cook it in a rush it arrived under cooked and cold in places , we we left staff approach and asked what was the problem informed staff of undercooked food only to be told that’s how Italian food is ? At 66 years or age I think I know what is cooked and what is not ?
This is a great hotel for families with lots of activities but came here as a couple looking for a relaxing break. Had a room in the annexe which is the quieter part of the hotel with its own pool and bar which was a godsend. Room ok but cleaning was a bit hit and miss and the two singles pushed together wasnt ideal. Food was not the best but always managed to find something in the rush to get it. Disappointing to see some senior staff picking food up with their fingers from the buffet. Doesnt give a good impression. Tried 1 al a carte..bit strange with 1 sitting but people arriving at different times so staff managed to have every one eating dessert at the same time. Beach rocky and sunbeds at beach a bit tired. Went up mount Babadag and took dolmus into Fethiye a couple of times but spent most days by annexe pool wherewe met some wonderful people.
First time at this hotel after spending 3 visits at the Letoonia Resort which became too expensive. The location is a little out of the way but a bus journey which takes 30 mins, or a taxi into Fethiye is worth it into town. The resort is lovely and spacious, with great well kept gardens, and beach with a nice jetty. Lovely large pool, plus a quiet pool area too. The rooms were lovely, very clean with a fab power shower and balcony. The food was delicious with plenty of choice and lovely desserts too! The A la Carte restaurants were fantastic, gorgeous food and the service was brilliant. One restaurant provided some dancers as entertainment whilst waiting for the main course (beautiful) and a wonderful touch. The shows were brilliant, great animation team plus additional shows where external dancers came in. The gym was the best I had seen abroad, in fact the equipment was better than some UK gyms! Great to see they had some animals onsite too in a segregated area i.e. goats, sheep, great for the kids to see. The staff were great, helpful and friendly.
I really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. We will definitely be back 💕
Went here back in 2018 with family of 5. What can I say other than what a beautiful resort. We came here in April and there atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing. Hardly needed to walk far, everything was right at your doorstep. Including the beach!. Although the beach was very rough on your feet because of pebbles, there was a dock where you could climb down into the sea. The food was sub par but nice not for any picky eaters. The pool was very clean and staff was always happy to help. Lovely atmosphere and very quiet at night. Although lots of mosquitoes around so beware!. Wish the minibar was stocked more. But other than that it was a lovely holiday and didn't want to leave. Not a long trip from dalaman airport either.
