Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a pool party once a week which was great however the entertainment team did very little during the other days. There was some entertainment at night but I feel this could be improved.Pool side quiz may have been a good idea. The room was very clean and the bedding/towels changed regularly. There is a tv in the room but no English movie or news channel to watch which would have been useful when the weather turned cold and rainy. Lots of choice at breakfast but the temperature set to keep food not was not high enough so there were times when food was cold. Meals I had from poolside bar were really nice and well cooked. I felt they and drinks were a bit pricey. The hotel is in a good location and this was my second stay and I would stay again. Just a few slight improvements are needed.

Pine valley hotel hisaronu
It is a friendly hotel however very basic. The rooms could do with updating. The location is off the main road so the noise isn't too bad. The main stripe has usual shops bars and restaurants there. The staff in particular Mustafa he is just gorgeous nothing is to much trouble for him. Meggi there who is British is there if you need any extra help. Overall a nice week away. Would stay there again.

It was an amazing atmosphere the staff were kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, the pool was great overall i had a great time and would definitely come back!
Great hotel
I've been here twice both times have been amazing great staff easy access to hisaronu strip and the best entertainment I've ever seen in a hotel highly reccomend this place will be back

Positive Hotel stay been twice.
Been to Pine Valley twice now, had an amazing two weeks at this hotel. All staff amazing and helpful, this all starts from the first second when you arrive at the front door. There is a young lad working there called Mustafa Arpa who works so hard nothing to easy always smiling always happy to help. Makes your stay very pleasant as do all other staff but it all start at the front door in my eyes. Thank you for being so welcoming for me and family.
