Pine Valley Hotel

We were dropped off by coach and met by a lovely woman, Megi who welcomed myself and my three children to the hotel. Its about 90mins away from Dalaman, surrounded by olive and pine trees and minutes away from a strip of shops, restaurants and bars . There is a taxi stop at the hotel too and a useful inhouse shop for snacks and sweets. The atmosphere in the hotel from the get go was so happy and friendly. Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly kind and smiley and it felt very genuine. The entertainment at the hotel was different every night- we saw fire dancers, acrobats, magicians, amazing singers, belly dancers .. the daytime fun round the pool was good for kids and adults- the highlight for my kids was the pool party run by the wonderful Aykut - so much dancing, music, foam and perfect chaos! We had several lunches at the pool bar which were fresh and easy for kids (like pizzas/burgers etc) and the breakfast is buffet and has a separate section for crepes/omlettes etc - a hit with everyone. We had a family room which was delightful cool thanks to the tiled floors and air con . Our room was cleaned every day and beds made - everything was spotless. The family rooms are very close to the pool so easy when faffing around with towels and changing and you cant hear the bar at night. We met lots of families who have been returning to this hotel for years because it is so lovely and relaxed.

It’s an ok hotel, wouldn’t pay over the odds. Due to flights arrived at 9am, Given Room 721 at 3pm - you don’t want this room. It’s directly underneath the breakfast room and entertainment. Bangs around from 6.30am so no ly ins were had! The shower worked but wasn’t clean. Pool is good but could be bigger, sunbeds reserved early. Breakfast wasnt great. Staff were friendly!
