Overall really nice hotel, out of the way and the staff are friendly. The bedroom cleaners were fantastic, so lovely and kind.
The pool was a bit messy with rubbish, this came from guests but not many staff around to keep on top of it - no bins around either.
Animation team was great, Garfield especially was amazing, going above and beyond for everyone.
Rooms were ok and clean.
Restaurant was ok, got busy very quickly, staff running around to accommodate everyone. Fatih was superb.

This has been a beautiful experience for my kids and with my husband its been a lovely holiday! The food is amazing, very fresh and a great variety. The staff is friendly The brother SAVAS at the dinning area really looked out for my daughter. The spa was brilliant!. Brother Murat is the owner of the spa and really looked out for my privacy as being a muslim woman this is really important to myself. The staff at the spa made me feel welcome and comfortable. The turkish hamam and the massage was the BEST i ever had compared to all the middle Eastern countries. She really gave me a full body massage and maintained my privacy. I really recommend this place and especially the spa!

We arrived late, staff were super helpful helping us get food delivered for 3 hangry mums and 3 hangry kids! We loved our we holiday! Facilities were great the food was amazing! The entertainment was really good the kids loved the magic show and Turkish night was so good! We went to the foam party on the Saturday and it was really well organised and the hotel staff were efficient in arranging out transfers. The 2 evening bar staff Orhan and Ayaz were really friendly and were lovely! We have all said we would happily go back again.

Lovely location but hotel in need of updating
We had read some bad reviews of the Sunshine Holiday Resort so we were a bit concerned as to what we would find. Didn't get off to a good start as the main family room wasn't ready and I was put on a top floor room although we had emailed to say I can't do stairs. This was sorted out the following day and we were given a much better room. The hotel is in urgent need of redecoration and looks very tired. Rooms were cleaned every day. The food was plentiful but not much variety. Grandchildren loved the pool and the snack bar in the afternoon. There was entertainment in the evening, which was OK but not enough seating. We appreciated the shuttle bus to the private beach. I would say you get what you pay for and we really just used it as a base which was fine. Loved the cats, especially the grey kitten who stole my husbands sock!!

It was lovely holiday we came with fam, when we arrived we saw really nice faces looking at us except strange man call Garfield , beginning till the end he was with us made us laugh and made us feel as we were at home, thank you for all of you guys definitely we will come
