Just arrived home and would definitely stay again.
On arrival met by the lovely reception team. We did have an issue saying our room wasnt ready and we will be moved for 1 night to the sister hotel. We refused as we don't like the sister hotel after a little time they found us a Seaview room which we booked. The receptionist was apologizing lots and we knew it wasn't her fault. After this couldn't fault our stay the rooms were clean views amazing . The bar staff were great . Im a fussy eater and found something everyday to eat for breakfast and lunch. Can't comment on dinner as we like to go out every evening .
Relaxing Aegean Getaway
Relaxing Aegean Holiday Great location with wonderful views of the Marmaris Bay. The Casa Blanca has a nice vibe to it and the helpful and attentive staff are really what makes it. The rooms are spacious and simple with most of the front rooms have good sea views, however the bathrooms are looking a little tired. Noise levels are what you would expect and never much beyond midnight, however there are three other bars very close by that clash musically, which can be irritating. Saying that, the bar in the garden did have some very good live acts, during our stay. The communal areas are kept clean, although the housekeeping trolleys and other equipment are left in corridors at night which spoiled our first impression. The food was to a consistently good standard, but could be considered a bit repetitive after a while. I need to name check a few people:- firstly Can, the barman, absolutely brilliant, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our regular waiter, Kerem, just so attentive. Naciye, our housekeeper, nothing was a problem. Finally our main point of contact, Receptionist Pelin, was always there to assist.

Not a 4* hotel
The hotel in general was quite pleasant. Our room had virtually no storage but lots of space in there for some to be added. The room wasn't particularly clean; towels that were put on the floor were just picked up and put back on the rail. We were kept awake all night as music was played until 4.00; this was reported, but there was no resolution to this. We booked a sea view and ended up with a garden view; this was due to us being on the ground floor. The pool bar staff were excellent......well, the guy in the morning was. The other bar staff, one who spent all his time on his mobile phone and another who, whilst serving me, had a call come through; she raised her hand to me, walked off out of the bar and took the call!!!!!!
We arrived at the airport at 6.00 am in the morning and got into bed around 11.00 am. We received a call from the rep (at around 12.00) who told me that my wife and I had to come to the welcome meeting. I explained that we had just gotten into bed, and he said the meeting was important, so we should attend. I told him no, so he said he would meet up with us at 6.00 pm.
I went to the meeting, and firstly, he didn't introduce himself, and he didn't even have an identity badge on. He asked where my wife was, and I told him she was tired and wasn't attending. He said she HAD to attend as he had important information to tell us both. I said again she wouldn't be attending. He then said that I was a very aggressive man. I told him I wasn't aggressive; I was very tired and annoyed by his orders and attitude. He then said he had dealt with aggressive THUGS like me before. I asked what vital information he had that I couldn't take back to my wife and tell her. He said that the day before we were leaving, we had to go to reception to check the pick-up time for the airport. Basically, he wanted to sell us trips and outings which we were not interested in anyway. I told him not to bother us again. I got up and went back to our room.
This is a shame, as the other staff were very good and in general it was a good hotel. The location is very nice with great walks at the bottom of the hotel. Obviously Iwe will not be returning!!!

A beautiful setting - Friendly atmosphere and amazing staff.
Great holiday with friendly hosts. Nothing is a problem for the amazing staff. Warm friendly greeting on arrival day or night. Reception girls are fantastic, nothing is a problem, when asked it is delivered with a smile. Food is of a high quality and plenty of it.(I don't go abroad expecting or wanting English food). Varied and something for everyone. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Water was always hot for a shower, anytime of day. Reception was always there to help, 24 hours a day. Secure and friendly helpful night reception/ Security. A beautiful setting with a great view and so central to everything.
