Faros Premium Beach Hotel

This was our 3rd stay at the Faros and it didn't disappoint, the rooms could do with a make over as it's a little tired and dated, however the staff are all very helpful and friendly, the bar and restaurant staff are great and really look after you Yoshem, Ibrahim and Ismail, special mention to Antonio from the spa, he explains all the treatments and doesn't push you to book, we had 3 ! we now regard him as our friend, was disappointed with the guest relations manager as it was my friends 70th birthday on the day we arrived and I'd emailed to ask for something special for her, to be told oh we forgot, even though Antonio reminded them. Apart from that we would definitely stay again

We had an 8 night stay at this lovely hotel. Two adults in a Twin Room, and our Standard Landview room was a 2 room set up - emperor bed in one room & settee bed & single bed in another - efficient air con in both rooms with plenty of toilet rolls and bottles of water daily. The hotel is lovely, well set out and the AI food in the restaurant is one of the best I’ve experienced. Smoked salmon almost every night, grilled salmon, beautifully presented salads of every variety, and the hot selection is outstanding. The restaurant staff constantly check the temperatures and quantity of the food, and the staff keep the restaurant very clean. As for the desserts ... wow!! Beautiful presentation, quantity and variety - its a danger zone! Not forgetting the Patisserie cafe with ice creams, cakes and coffee/tea from 11AM - 6PM.

The beach is beautiful & clean / loads of sunbeds & beach bar & beach man - pool smaller but ok & also a pool man to assist with the sunbeds. Towels provided for both. The hotel has water machines in various locations for flask fillings with chilled water for flask fillings. These are located at the beach bar, pool bar and the lobby reception. An excellent concept.

The ladies travelling with us visited the spa on 3 occasions out of our 8 day stay as they said the treatments were outstanding. Antonio from the spa was helpful and informative, not at all pushy, and the treatments were reasonably priced for the duration and quality. The staff at the hotel are all so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Helen and Honey from the guest services are terrific fun, and add to the atmosphere for evening entertainment. They work really well together. Helen's aqua gym is a lot of fun to experience in the sea. I would recommend bringing beach shoes.

The White Night was amazing- the hotel had gone to a lot of effort with the decorations & party atmosphere. The dancers were extraordinary!

The beach man is ultra helpful, I saw him helping older guests with their bags and towels - he works extremely hard, we went to the beach for 6 days solid, the pool man also gave us brilliant service with the sunbeds on the first day - but we preferred the beach as it was a more living view. Ali and Betstat are both terrific assets to the hotel, and Sandra the Jet2 representative was a smiley face and goldmine of information, so helpful and reassuring to have her as a point of contact for any queries.

We took a water taxi to Turunc - TL300 and a regular taxi back over the mountains - TL1000 - shops are much of the same, but it was a nice experience both journeys for a few hours.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, the area is not far from the shops which there are many, and plenty of bars and restaurants, but with the delicious food provided by the hotel you would struggle to find better in our opinion.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, and have booked again for next year. Massive big thank you Faros Premium Beach hotel - you are a fabulous find!!

This was our 2nd year at the Faros and although the hotel is in need a bit of a refurb the friendliness of the staff make it a great place to stay. The bar staff were excellent and Delarna and Yoshum were attentive and chatty making our many visit to the bar enjoyable. I must also mention Antonio who gave us great advise on our visits to the wonderful spar (3 in total) He works so hard making sure everyone is enjoying there stay and spending time welcoming new visitors. We now consider him a dear friend. I would definitely stay here again and hope the wonderful staff will all be there next time
