Located in the resort of Icmeler, the hotels are approximately 200m from the beach and a 3 minute walk from the centre. The larger resort of Marmaris is 8km from the Mersoy Bellavista and easily reached by public transport. Consisting of 75 rooms, the hotel offers modernly styled and comfortable accommodation and features a popular bistro restaurant. Offers two diffirent consept at the hotel: Family section and Adult Section. No children under 14 years of age are accepted to Adults Only Section. There are different types of rooms to serve the need of guests: The hotel is home to 160 rooms split over a family and adults only blocks, including twenty five suites with lavish décor in the adult only block. In Adults Only Section,there are standard pool & Suite rooms to choose from. In Family Section, there are standard & Family rooms to choose from. as contemporary designs and light colors, they are suitable with Mersoy Bellavista brand. important information: standart and family room reservations can not be used in the adult section.

Do not waste your money! Avoid it!
We were at Mersoy Bellavista for a week, starting on 26/09. This is the worst and dirtiest hotel we have ever been to. When we arrived there at 4 am, they gave us a room at Mersoy Exclusive, which is just across the road. It was a horrible, dirty room, even with some broken things. The bathroom was not clean at all, with ; there was a kid's handprint on the mirror, the floor was dirty, and there were big marks on the walls. The next morning, we went down to the reception and made a complaint, so they moved us to another room at Mersoy Bellavista, where we should have been in the first place. It was not any better. The housekeeping came a few times, but the only thing she did was change the bed sheet and replace the towels. No cleaning at all! The food in the restaurant was not good either. Chicken drumstick every day, pasta, chips. Omelettes and scrambled eggs in the morning. Even the chicken drumstick was undercooked. After a few days, we just gave up eating in the hotel and started to explore some lovely restaurants with local cuisine. Icmeler is a lovely small town, but if you want a good hassle-free holiday, you should find another hotel.

Worst hotel ever
I came to this hotel on the 26th of September and it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in the staff was so rude they ripped you off. I was staying there with a family member and we got moved rooms 3 times the first room had mold in it and it was not what we asked for but then we went to another room and it didn't even open they tired 4 different key cards and they did not work. Then we got put into another room and the shower leaked the balcony door didn't lock and we was on the ground floor so wasn't very safe. They staff just walked in whenever they wanted without knocking the bathroom door handle was hanging off. We mentioned all this to the staff and they brushed it off like it wasn't there problem. The bar near the pool was supposed to be open from 10am till 10.30pm and they closed it unless it was meal times. The staff are not personal at that jobs at all because they was making the guest uncomfortable and asking for are socials when we repeatedly said no.

The first thing was we arrived we have to wait 25 minutes for some one to speak English I came with my family but the hotel is very dirty you are lucky to get your room cleaned if it is been cleaned it's very basic every three days give or take the staff are extremely rude majority of the time you ask them for something and they're on their phone the food is terrible at the hotel anyone who's coming to the hotel bring plenty of money because you will be eaten out quite a lot the food is very tasteless it's in a good location I've ever stayed at and all the staff do smell it's not 4 star hotel more - 1 star

This place is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been too. This hotel mersoy bellavista and the exclusive is all the same company across from each other.
I really don’t know where to start on this ,on arrival the hotel looked like something from a horror movie I got those vibes straight away we tried to speak to the receptionist who didn’t know a word of English, we gave our names and couldn’t find us then they must of checked there emails and eventually found us which rung a few alarm bells as we was walking to our room we noticed the furniture was dirty to a point where I wouldn’t sit anywhere near it this was all over the place as we entered our room we could smell bad damp which I found strange as it was boiling hot, the bathroom was full of mould to the point my partner getting ill after the 2nd day then me on the 3rd and at the current time we both still are😡 we’ve both took pics and videos of this it was disgusting dangerous I have diabetes and this place had no fridge for my insulin for 3 days we had to push these lazy idiots to change our disgusting room which was like a dungeon in the bottom of the block there mattress was dirty sheets never got changed or towels this place wasn’t as described from love holidays they was just as bad as they kept fobbing us off all time the victims as that’s the only word I can say is we’ve been seriously ripped off by love holidays ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE WITH FAKE ACCOUNTS just look at there names I really feel as tho I need to get this out. DONT EAT THIS FOOD as the food is not being cooked there the guy that was serving said he hasn’t been paid for 4 months which is a alarm I’m a chef by trade and this stuff was disgusting and dangerous to eat especially with children it was meant to be a adults hotel but children was there, you don’t know where the food is coming from this is dangerous there also REPORTING BAD REVIEWS TO GET THEM REMOVED to give this place good reviews but I’m telling you now your family and loved ones would be in danger of going to this place holiday reps need to go out and Cheak this for themselves it is there job to do so for the safety of there customers we spent over the odds thinking this was 4 stars which would be hard to manage 1 star this place needs a investigation team in here from the authorities as this is a very very DANGEROUS place to come with families this is a total disgrace to turkey LOVE HOLIDAYS we want a total refund or it’s court for you as you’ve not kept up to your part of the agreement.
Avoid At All Costs: Safety Hazards, Filth, and Inedible Food
Do not waste your hard-earned money or holiday days on this place. From the moment we checked in, this resort proved to be a health hazard, unhygienic, and an absolute disaster.Upon arrival, we were put into a "room" that was clearly an abandoned storage space with a couple of single beds and a wardrobe thrown inside. It was fundamentally unsafe: bare live mains wiring was hanging directly out of the wall socket. On top of that, we were warned by staff that if we opened the ground-floor bay doors, they couldn’t be closed again—leaving the room completely insecure, unventilated, and accessible to anyone walking past on the street outside. After complaining, we were moved to a second room the following day, which was just as bad :Severe filth: The bathroom was grubby, stained, and completely unhygienic. The mini-fridge was rusted and disgusting inside. Broken facilities: The shower door was broken, making it impossible to wash without soaking the room. Non-existent housekeeping: Over our 10-day stay, maid service attended the room precisely twice. Bins overflowed and towels were rarely replaced. The "All-Inclusive" board is an absolute scam. The food provided on-site was completely inedible. We could not stomach eating there without risking food poisoning, forcing us to eat out for every single meal across all 10 days. Paying for an all-inclusive package and then being forced to spend over £1,000 extra at local cafes and restaurants just to feed ourselves is unacceptable. To make matters worse, most of the staff were dismissive and unfriendly when approached about basic problems.
