WORST HOTEL EVER HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!
Worst hotel ever stayed at booked and paid for 5 nights originally just me and my 5 year old daughter we had the booking confirmation to show we paid and booked 5 night for them 2 come to me after 3 nights said I got to leave as I only paid for 3 nights the women manager is very rude and shud not speak to customers the way she did the man manager was more understanding and let us stay there for the 2 nights that we did actually pay for but they saying we didnt and we booked a extra night and paid for it for tonight for them to ring me and say I have 15 mins to get back the hotel and check out or she was going in the room and going to throw all mine and my daughter stuff out the room I turned up shown her the booking and showed that i paid and she said I dont care get ur stuff and get out kicking me and my 5 year old out in a foreign country with no where 2 stay shocking customers service I will never ever return to this hotel the room also never got cleaned whole time I was there the cleaner walked in as I was packing my stuff up that is first time they been in have kids screaming and doors slamming every single day at 5am HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WOMEN MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND SPEAKS 2 U LIKE UTTER RUBBISH VERY VILE WOMEN NEVER MET A MANAGER LIKE IT SHOUTING AT ME INFRONT OF MY 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER I ASKED FOR MONEY BACK FOR TONIGHT WHAT I PAID AND SHE WOULD NOT GIVE IT SAYING I DIDNT PAY WHEN I GOT ALL PROOF I DID THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND BANK STATEMENT THEY EVEN SHOWN ME PAPER WORK FEW DAYS PRIOR TO STATE I BOOKED AND PAID FOR TONIGHT SO IM OUT OF POCKET AND WE NO WHERE STAY TONIGHT
Great little hotel in center of Icmeler
We were a family of 6 we had 3 rooms which the hotel sorted out for us to have next to each other the rooms were clean and spacial all the staff from owner down could not do enough for us a special shout out to the 3 barmen Ibo, Aykon and Seyhan who were fantastic. The location of the Navy hotel is in the center of Icmeler, we are already looking to return to this hotel thankyou Navy hotel.

House keeping
Nice hotel. Bar staff and reception were great. House keeping was poor. Three days out of ten our room was not cleaned.When we reported to manager, she replied it was only twice it happened why would we lie. Her response was what do you want me to do about it, no apology.

Great Family run Hotel in Icmeler
We had previously been to Icmeler and our hotels had been a bit out of the way, the Navy Hotel is 2 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the strip. The location was spot on. When we arrived to check in the girl gave us a really warm welcome and quickly got us booked in and up to our room. There are lifts in both buildings so if your mobility is an issue you're sorted. We were there on a Bed and Breakfast basis which was fine, the choices were fine, something for everyone. If I had anything to say about our room it would be that it was a bit on the small side, there were bigger rooms in the hotel so I did ask if we could possibly upgrade, unfortunately the Hotel was full so that was not available. This was not a disadvantage as to be fair you only use your room to shower, Sleep and lie on your bed with the air con on when the temperature is in the 40's. The pool area was nice and clean and had enough sunbeds with nice thick mattresses. There were no sunbed wars as far as I'm aware, we spent our days on the beach. The restaurant was clean, food well presented and staff quick to fill up fresh food when it was starting to run low. The bar staff were great, it was lovely sitting in the bar where the staff were so friendly. Loved the dish of mixed nuts you got with your drinks.

Cheap and you will see why if you book it.
I know it’s cheaper hotel I get that but wow The whole place could do with a clean it’s dirty and falling to bits. The patio area was small and the sun-beds were so close to the patio you were in the patio area and were face to face with people trying to sunbathe The headboard was coming away from the wall the skirting boards were coming off the wall. The wallpaper was coming away from the wall. And the bathroom was disguising. The only plus side was the bar area and the staff in the bar were very friendly and hospitable can’t fault them.
