Honest review July/August 2026

Stayed here for 10 nights from the end of July into August

Hotel The reception area looked nice and was always clean. Age 14+.

Location Fantastic location can't fault it. Close to blue port and on the main road so close to dolmus/bus stops. Migros across the road with a zebra crossing right outside the hotel.

Beach 2 minute walk to the beach. There is no allocated beds for this hotel but as long as you buy food or drink you can use the beds for free.

Staff All staff were great- friendly, polite and helpful. Never had a problem with any department. The man from the spa came round but was not pushy (we had already pre-booked a hammam so did not do it at hotel but have only heard positives about the spa). Ali the guy who arranges trips didn't hassle us after the welcome meeting but was always pleasant and said enjoy your meal in the restaurant whenever we saw him (we had pre booked trips). Learning a few local words and phrases went a long way.

Rooms The rooms were big. Had a double bed with bedside unit each side. TV on the wall. Desk with mirror, mulitple wardrobes for clothes it also had a safe free of charge and air con free if charge, tea and coffee station and fridge. The hairdryer was powerful but only had a hot setting. There was shampoo and soap in the room. The balcony was an adequate size aswell with a rail to dry clothes.

The room was a bit noisy (directly across from Migros) due to it being on the main road but very happy with where we were as thought the Irish bar would be noisier so had the perfect room for us. The air con drowned out the noise. Had to turn the air con off as it got too cold.

We did enquire about getting a room overlooking the pool but didn't realise that they only had a balconette (sliding door but couldn't sit on the balcony) so stayed in original room.

Paid £40 to keep the room on until 4pm- check out is 12pm.

Pool & bar The whole pool was 1.4m and they also had a small kids pool. No sunbed wars could get a bed at any time of the day. Pool closed at 6pm. Some customers had left inflatables but could also buy some from Migros across the road. Never had to queue longer than a minute to be served.

Food Breakfast always had bread, jams, cereal, eggs - fried boiled and scrambled, beans, sausage (more like british hotdogs) soup, pastries and chips. They did have pancakes one morning (I would have liked these every day)

Lunch always had rice, salad items, chips and soup. They did have chicken burgers and there version of beef burgers on some days aswell.

Whatever was at lunch there was a similar thing at dinner as well as a main meal.

For dinner on different nights there were Carbonara, curry, Bolognese, chicken doner, grilled fish. (I didn't take note whilst there so these are just a few). They always had salad and soup station with bread, chips and rice.

Snack bar (all inclusive only) served food between 2.30 and 4- this was really nice and food was made to order fresh.

Ice cream from 4pm- various choices. Wafer cones and scoops of ice creams- not pre packaged ice cream.

Would stay at this hotel again.

Already booking to go back

We were here the end of July and could not fault it. Always had something to eat. Breakfast, lunch, snack bar, ice cream and dinner. Drinks are not watered down. Room is great beds are so comfy. Shower is so powerful and 2 separate hoses. Fridge is stocked with water daily. Air con and safe free. We had to turn the air con off as it was freezing haha. Sun beds and mattresses for everyone. Staff go above and beyond. Fab central location. Beach 2 mins walk. Supermarket straight across the road. You have to put the card on the door to state if you want it cleaned or not. But bins always emptied daily. Staff are so friendly. Guys you get back what you put in so Merhaba is Turkish for hello, they appreciate you making the effort too and kindness goes a long way. No entertainment but straight across from the Irish bar so can sit outside with your all inclusive and listen to the music and watch their shows 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣 perfect 🙌 I will be booking this hotel again definitely 🇹🇷❤️

Disappointing

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and specifically requested a pool view room, paying the additional cost for this preference. Before travelling, I had researched the hotel thoroughly and was aware that the front-facing rooms overlooked a very busy main road, so securing a pool view was important to me.

Unfortunately, when we arrived after 2am, we were given a first-floor room directly overlooking Migros and the main road. I immediately returned to reception with my booking confirmation and explained that I had booked and paid for a pool view room. I was informed that the hotel was fully occupied and that nothing could be done until the following day.

As expected, the first night was far from restful. The constant traffic noise from the road below made it extremely difficult to sleep, which was particularly disappointing after a long journey.

The following morning, I spoke with the receptionist again. To be fair, she was very helpful and apologetic. She explained that guests would not be checking out until midday and that any available room would then need to be cleaned, meaning a move would not be possible until later in the afternoon.

We spent the day around the pool waiting for the room change and, at approximately 3pm, we were finally given keys to a pool view room. Although our booking had been for a twin room, the new room only had a double bed. By this stage, however, I was simply relieved to be away from the roadside noise and chose not to make a further issue of it.

On a positive note, the pool area was excellent. It was kept very clean throughout our stay, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available regardless of the time of day, which made for a much more relaxing experience.

The housekeeping team also deserve praise. Every day we left the "please clean" sign on the door when heading out, and we always returned to a spotless room with fresh towels and everything replenished. The standard of cleanliness throughout our stay was consistently very good.

The biggest disappointment for me was the food. I had booked on a half-board basis, yet during the entire stay I only ate breakfast twice and dinner once. The choice available was extremely limited and often poorly stocked. On the occasions I visited the restaurant, there was no bread available for toast, no glasses for juice, and the coffee machine was simply dispensing hot water rather than coffee. As a result, I chose to eat elsewhere for most of my holiday.

The hotel's location is actually very good, apart from its position on the busy main road. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants, and local shops, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

The staff were generally polite, friendly, and helpful whenever issues were raised, which I appreciated.

Overall, while there were certainly some positives, especially the pool area, housekeeping, location, and staff, the problems with the room allocation on arrival and the disappointing food offering significantly affected my experience. For the price I paid, I have stayed in less expensive hotels that provided a much higher standard of facilities and service.

Unfortunately, I would not choose to return to this hotel or recommend it as good value for money.

Honest review

Just got back from Ada Julian hotel. Basically, you get what you pay for! It was a bargain and with my daughter working term time we had to go peak time! We found this and the adults only appealed to us as no kids in family (yet)!

Pros; staff are brilliant, go above and beyond.Chatty but not in your face. Highly recommend the Spa, I’ve had many Turkish baths/massage but this was by far the best I’ve ever had. Location is brilliant, in the middle of everything, supermarket directly opposite and plenty of food places and beach only 5 min walk. Pool area is clean, chilled, relaxed and never struggled to get a bed and they very comfy too.

Cons; unfortunately the food lets the hotel down. It’s dire even for an all inclusive. Only saviour was the snack bar 2.30pm-4pm- we waited and ate here every lunch. But ate breakfast and evening meals out out most night as there wasn’t much choice. Cleaner- lovely lady (floor 2) but very hit and miss, if she changed your bed she missed changing towels, it’s like she could only manage one job a day in your room!! Luckily the cleaning trolleys were on the floors so I often just helped myself to the towels, the cups in our room were never changed in 10 days we had to wash them out every day and not once was our fridge refilled with water. We bought our own from the supermarket.

If you want a quiet room request one facing pool but you won’t get a balcony, we had one on the street opposite Irish bar so very noisy, didn’t bother me as it was all wrapped up but 1230-1am and I enjoy people watching! But I can get how others may struggle with the noise.

All in all, had a great holiday but it’s what you make it!

A wonderful stay

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The view of the pool from my room was beautiful and added to the overall experience. The food was delicious, and I especially appreciated the availability of juice, water, and hot drinks throughout the day, which made everything much more convenient. Overall, everything went very well, and I had a wonderful stay.
