10/10 rooms are amazing staff are extremely nice people and the entertainment is excellent popey and his boys scooby and buggy very kind and friendly kept us up all entertainment all the time they been nice with everyone no matter what love this place 10/10 definitely come
Good hotel
Lovely Stay at Alenz Suite We had a really enjoyable stay at Alenz Suite. The rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable, and well presented. The entertainment is lovely, with plenty going on throughout the day, so there’s always something to do. The bartenders are fantastic—very friendly, helpful, and always happy to make you feel welcome. The food in the restaurant is also really nice, with plenty of tasty options to enjoy.
The nighttime entertainment is especially lively, and we loved that there was always something different on each evening. It creates a great atmosphere and makes the evenings really enjoyable.
One thing to be aware of is that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms. If you are staying on the top floor, the rooms can get extremely hot, particularly during the warmer months, so this is something to consider when booking.
Overall, we had a lovely time at Alenz Suite and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, friendly hotel with great entertainment, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Brilliant hotel - great entertainment team!
Fantastic hotel, great facilities, and the staff are amazing! Cleaners are very friendly and do a brilliant job. They work so hard and clean the rooms everyday. The entertainment team are superb and get everyone who wants to involved in activities. They get to know the guests and remember everyone's name, and really make the holiday experience exceptional. The rooms on the top floor do get very hot, and there is no air con in the living area - so if anyone sleeping there will certainly need a fan! Although, it doesn't make a lot of difference. Other than that, it is been a great experience and I would 100% come again - requesting a room on the lower floors!

Great staff clean rooms ,sunbeds shocking been here since 7.45 place full and hardly anyone at them just putting towels down and leaving them for hours 🤯🤯
best entertainment team so far
The entertainment for the kids and adults is amazing with games throughout the whole day and the team are so polite and welcoming making my family always wanting to come back.
