The staff were incredibly friendly, the bar staff would get the hose out and spray the people on the Jeeps and would spray people in the pool. The location is really handy, the migros is only down the road and the beach is only a 20 min ish walk away. Around the pool the atmosphere can be a little noisy, due to the three bars and the hotel opposite blasting music. The noise level can be noisy during the evening. The music around the pool adds a nice touch. The rooms were clean, had some ants though, the air con is placed in the main bedroom and can get very cold if left on over night. The cleaners come in at very random times, on one of the days we stayed there, they didn’t knock and just opened the door, on another day they knocked, on another day i was coming out the door and they were right infront of me and said “Hello, clean!!?” quite loudly right in my face. They also mainly just bring in new towels, replace the toilet paper and clean out the bins, that’s mainly all. The food at the resturant is really nice. I would recommend the chicken tenders (i’m very picky.) The music in the lift can be very annoying. You also have to pay for aircon and wifi but it’s worth it, the sun beds get filled very quick. But overall a really nice apartment!
Brilliant Hotel and Staff
Great hotel staff go way out there way to make you welcome We have been going to the Sunsmile for years and every time we go we have a brilliant time. We would like to think we are part of the Sunsmile family our second home. Can't wait to return in September 26

5 years here and no complaints 👌
This is our 5th stay at this hotel and we have no complaints. The reception staff are lovely and always there to help if needed. The cleaners do a great job, clean the rooms well and are always polite. The kitchen staff are very friendly always greet us. Their food is 10/10, some of the best food we've had in marmaris over the 30 years we've been coming. The waiting staff/bar staff can't do enough for you and always there to have a chat and laugh with. Management staff are always polite and greet us when we arrive. Thank you all again, already booked for next year.

No faults at all!
Great hotel, lovely and clean. Can't fault the place, the food is amazing, the staff can't do enough for you. The swimming pool is lovely and clean. Management, reception staff, cleaners and bar staff are all great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool area is always tidy.
Amazing hotel and staff
I have been coming to this hotel for 15 years. The location is perfect, there are lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by, there are also plenty of shops to please everyone, from shopping, souvenirs, beauty and tattoo parlours. The hotel is ran by an amazing team from management all the way to maintenance. The bar staff go above and beyond nothing is too much trouble. Cengiz will have all your cares catered for. The restaurant serves amazing food! You won’t be disappointed. The rooms are kept clean with fresh towels each day. You will not be disappointed with your stay I promise you
