This club resort is a new luxurious establishment set in its own beautiful grounds in Marmaris. Restaurants, bars and shops are all within 400 metres from the property. Dalaman Airport is approximately 90 km away. This air-conditioned hotel offers 280 rooms in total. Each tastefully decorated unit features an en suite bathroom and a private balcony with pool and garden views. Guests may relax in the games room and TV lounge or go dancing in the on-site disco. The swimming area includes two pools, a water slide and poolside snack bar. Other sport and leisure activities are also available to guests, as well as an entertainment programme 6 days a week. The resort offers all-inclusive packages.

Staff make this place smiling happy workforce amazing customer service
The transfer from airport to hotel is about 1.5 hrs the airport at Dalaman is quiet but expensive
The hotel checking in reception team are very good informative and organised quick check in process backs are taking from transfer to your room the room was bright airy and comfortable beds pillows comfortable we had a double bed and a single in ours with a large balcony over looking the pool lovely air conditioning and safe free to use in rooms plenty of storage place
The cleaner we had is amazing sennor if your reading this thankyou you made every morning afternoon bright you are a golden gem a diamond in the ruff and we will Miss you and can’t thankyou enough for the cleaning of our room spotless Everey day and tea coffee towels bedding changed every day
The staff here make this place one waiter in the restaurant amazing cola please wine please you finish food drinks hee there caking up after you didn’t have to lift a finger polite and so lovely warm and kind
Food was a. Good choice allough I stuck to safe foods few flys around salad bar and snack area covered in flys they need to deal with this the pool cleaned daily and outside areas the cats will come into the hotel and your room lol but are friendly just want foods and fusss lol
The hotel could benefit from a deep clean and uplift in more than a few areas in our honest opinion this is not five star uk standard more 3 star but having to say that we where not sick from the food and had a pleasant lovely lush holiday weather was Gorogues the entainment team try most evenings and are always doing stuff with you at the poolside bar is open daily and if you know the waiters they bring your drinks to your tables and will play footballl with the kids and look after you etc the staff here really make this place the glue the bond shall I say to this place it’s been a a tottally amazing holiday and I would book here again in a few years turkey is beautiful and if you don’t maid. Haggling and being hounded to buy a handbag and shoes you will also be fine hotel staff make it hotel a bit tired in many places but come and try it you might be suppressed we were there is lifts and the staff have such a warming convention to there guests

Vega spa the in house spa was fantastic. Speedy tried to convince to go to the in house spa, however we had other friends that recommended outside the hotel, that was very good , but we booked in the Vega Spa the day we were leaving ang , Yes Speedy you were totally right , the hotel spa was so much better :) . The hotel itself was good , very nice , clean and All the staff were amazing, from the house keeping to the entertainment. the room was good, keep clean, we were above the seating area for the bar , so could smell a lot of cigarette smoke ( not great for an ex smoker), so the balcony was under used. the only down fall for me was the food, a lot of the time it was cold, and the desserts weren't labelled, but as a whole fantastic , had a really great time. Thank you to ALL the staff.
A real shame
We stayed at the grand pasa and although we couldn’t put our finger on the overall problem we rated two stars this certainly isn’t a 5 star hotel the food offering is pretty much the same most days and not very warm the entertainment is average at best the staff cannot be faulted very friendly and professional. On our last day the pool area had been hired out for a wedding and I wish the couple nothing but the best for the future however this deemed a rather large portion of the hotel off limits to the customers (something that was not communicated prior to the day) it is a shame we were looking forward to our first visits to turkey and although we have not been put of turkey we certainly have been put off the grand pasa hotel

Spa was lovely and clean best experience I’ve had better then previous spas I’ve been to in turkey, entertainment team were incredible (zain, Becky and denim and canor made our holiday) couldn’t fault them at all.
