stayed here for 10 nights, fab hotel, amazing staff, big shoutout to alkan he looked after us, always had a laugh with us. And nothing was ever to much hassle for them.
The location is amazing!!!! The staff are amazing!!!! Dave and the tattoo lady really are lovely!!- Highly recommend. Food was ok! (Go out to eat). Drinks high priced. Unless you bring an airfryer lol cooking is out of the question. BUY AIRCON or die of heat!!
The rooms were dirty and smelt bad. The shower is not great! The TV is shocking, like an 80s throwback. Curtains dont fit windows letting light in. Had to ask for clean towels and room not cleaned been here 6 days so far.
The pool is ok but too deep if you have young children. The toilets under the pool are pure filth!
However its been fun. As long as you dont stay in your room at all (only to sleep) its ok.
Im not saying dont stay here, but be prepared for faulty towers!!
just back from 10 days at this hotel, and had the best time away. Staff elvis and denis made our holiday great, made us feel so welcomed and always had a laugh with them, would definitely return
Currently here at the moment 2nd last day🥲I already have the holiday blues don’t want to leave this amazing hotel from the moment we arrived until the end we have loved every minute of it was a bit worried after reading the reviews but that quickly changed after getting here big shoutout to the best bar staff in marmaris Alkan and denis always happy to help but a even bigger shoutout to elvis he is a top bloke my daughter absolutely loved him❤️thanks guys for making our holiday see yous next year love from mily Muir🤣🤣🤣
We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning with young children, exhausted after travelling, and unfortunately our first impression was awful. The rooms we were given were absolutely filthy and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. When you’re arriving at that time with tired young children, the very least you expect is a clean room to put them to bed in.
We knew this was a cheaper hotel and weren’t expecting luxury. Yes, the hotel is dated and basic, but honestly that wouldn’t have been a problem for us if it was clean. You can accept older rooms, basic facilities and dated décor when you’ve paid a cheaper price, but there is no excuse for a lack of basic cleanliness.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues aren’t limited to the rooms either. The outside areas are dirty to the point that even the clean towels you put down on the sun loungers end up filthy. It makes you question how regularly and thoroughly the pool and surrounding areas are actually being cleaned.
That being said, I really do want to give credit where it’s due. The bar and pool staff work incredibly hard and genuinely try their best to make everyone’s holiday enjoyable. They’re friendly, hardworking and a real credit to the hotel. In many ways, it feels like they’re working twice as hard to make up for problems that are completely outside of their control.
It’s such a shame because we didn’t expect five-star luxury for the price we paid — we simply expected somewhere clean. The hardworking staff around the bar and pool deserve a hotel that matches the effort they put in. With a serious improvement in cleanliness and maintenance, the experience could be completely different.
Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again!
