Highly recomed this hotel
Location excelllent near beach, shops, resturants and Dolmus access right outside hotel to access other areas of this area. Hisorno at the top of the hill. Rooms we a little dated. Very clean I have to say, comfortalbe beds and lovely fresh towells. Very quite in our rooms made for a good night sleep we were in 212. Food not brillaint breakfast was fine the food was cold. We did make our concerns to the customer relation represnetive Tammy she was very helpful and made the staff aware. First time I have experinced a represntive it was great to have a contact to assist. They had problems with the hot plates which continued for a few days . But it was all sorted out and we did have hot food by the end. We ate out out on occasionally at Joseph's opposite and the Ottoman just down the road both recommeded. Pool area and gardens lovely they are cleaning all day. Staff are so friendly they could not do enough for you. No problem to keep our rooms on till 3pm as we didn't leave till early evening we did not have to pay to do this. Which was fantastic in my opionion as this normally incurs a charge. Big shout out to the staff Hilmi who was quite attentive help take my food and drinks off me and show me to my table he calls everyone darling :) Ini and Abdula were also very nice and helpful. Karem our barman was great quite young and a little shy not brilliant english but getting there, he left the day before us as his term had ended he was looking forward to going home to see his mum and sister he told us. Receptoin staff excellent couldnt fault anyone, they wanted you to have a good time. Hopefully I can make it back here next fingers crossed

Poor maintained sleeping accommodation
A 3 star hotel, the hotel was generally OK, the staff were friendly and the food ok if a bit basic but the sleping accommodation was below average and generally poorly maintained. The shower head in the shower came off the taps, and the shower head hose was not long enough to place in its bracket, meaning you had to hold the shower head to have a shower. The water pressure was also poor. A good point, the hotel is a five minute walk from the main beach which we found was a lot nicer than the rather disappointing famous lagoon.

Fabulous again!
I have stayed at this hotel many times and it just keeps getting better and better! The food was amazing. I especially loved kebab nights, the fresh fish and salads and pancakes and fried eggs for breakfast. There was always lots to choose from and everything was covered and labelled. I stayed in a standard room which was fine and kept spotlessly clean by the lovely cleaning team. The addition of kettles in all rooms was very welcome as I like to sit on my balcony for a few minutes before venturing out for breakfast. The cleaning team also kept the communal areas very clean and the areas around the pool and in the restaurant were also well maintained. The all inclusive drinks were good and being able to drink as much coffee, juice and water during the day is one of the reasons I go all inclusive.
But what really makes this hotel is the staff. My friend was unfortunate to have a serious accident while out there and they way they looked after her ( and me) was outstanding. Lifts to the hospital, hospital visiting coffee and drinks brought to our balcony and stepping in to help me push the wheelchair whenever I got stuck ( which was often 😂). They even braved the pouring rain to do this.
Tammy (guest relations) made sure that we had everything we needed and checked in us everyday
Hilmi, well what can I say, I just love this guy. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was still enjoyable as did the other guys in the bar and restaurant.

Quiet ideal local location
Great location, literally 2 minute walk away from all the shops, bars and restaurants on Olu Deniz Beach. But also not disturbed at rest time by all the hustle. Akdenuz beach was a quiet little hotel with beautiful garden area and very clean pool. Staff were all very warm and helpful. We had a standard room so was a little dated and could do with a bit of a revamp but I’m more about cleanliness and the cleaners were in your room daily with fresh towels etc. We only stayed for a long weekend and was deffo value for money. If I had a suggestion it would be that the cocktails could have fruit juices in rather than fizzy and syrup. But I would use this hotel again x

Just got back home home☹️ after our 1st time in Olu Deniz, spending a lovely week at Akdeniz beach hotel with my Grandsons age 19 & 13. They absolutely loved it, mainly because of its quietness. Its in a great location 5 minutes from the beach & bars. Food for us was absolutely fine, i was a bit unsure if Grandsons would manage but there was something on everyday that they both got stuck in to so it wasn't a problem. Our rooms are on ground floor 206 & 204 & mirror one another, apart from the boys had twin beds 204 & both rooms have a walk in shower which was great for me..with mobility issues. All the staff including housekeeping are very welcoming & deliver a smile everyday also the guests were friendly. Maids in cleaning everyday..if you want them too! If you have a problem or just a question about the place speak to 'Tammy' she deals with that side of things & is very approachable & friendly..a lovely lady. The paragliders are an extra bonus, they're flying over the hotel everyday..fab to watch...watching them land near the beach is even better..i could sit all day watching them. For those who like to venture out at night for eats & drinks, there's a great bar 5 mins away from hotel..out main entrance turn right walk up to..'The Rose garden, restaurant & karaoke bar' great food & drinks with more reasonable prices..great friendly staff..its a busy bar..just a shame we only found it the day before we left. Also there is the Celebration restaurant next door to hotel where guests can get 10% discount. Overall we had a great week..even though it rained most days..
