Staff were very helpful. We felt welcome right from the start. Thank you again to Güçhan, ihsan, Elanur.
Location is great to get to Hisarönü, Fethiye.
Views from the hotel are exceptional.
See you again next year!
We came back a week ago from a wonderful stay at Hotel Garcia.
I wouldn’t take on board any negative reviews. We had a fabulous time, Room, food, entertainment, drink selection, cleanliness were all exceptional.
The staff and the service they provided were outstanding and Ibrahim the manager was so helpful and sold us some lovely trips the best being the Jeep Safari one of the best day trips I’ve ever been on it was so much fun.
Thank you Hotel Garcia we will be back. 5 stars!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, the level of service and cleanliness is far below what I would expect.
The service is very poor, and whenever we make a complaint, instead of taking responsibility and trying to solve the problem, the staff simply make excuses and blame the hotel’s system.
There are also serious problems in the room. The refrigerator is not working, and the shower area is poorly designed or maintained, causing water to come out into the bathroom whenever we take a shower. The cleanliness of the hotel is also unacceptable, with many areas being dirty.
Unfortunately, the food is another major disappointment. The quality and taste of the food are not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Overall, this experience does not reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel at all. I expect the management to take these complaints seriously, address the problems immediately, and provide an appropriate solution.
This hotel, I would say was an average hotel.
The rooms - some are awful, some are ok. We moved from our 1st room because it smelt revolting - like you were in a sewer, was dirty (rubbish left from previous people) and not well kept, rusty mirrors etc. 2nd room was better but still could have done with updating and a deep clean. Air con in the rooms was pretty rubbish.
Food - was alright, nothing special. Was ok though, as a family of 5 - everyone found something they liked most days and no one really had a funny stomach so that's always a positive.
Bars - good service.
Reception - TERRIBLE. The reception teams were rude, unhelpful, obnoxious and should not be working in hospitality. If you don't like people - you should really look at finding a different career path. Don't expect much help from them.
Location - was great, was close by to beaches, shops, activities, not too far from the airport. We did a boat trip (was lovely) and a Jeep Safari adventure day (was really fun).
Pools - Nice pools, and were clean. Slide pool could do with being open more and better management.
Entertainment - the team were lovely, entertainment for both children and adults and was well received. The shows that were put on and watched were good.
Saying all of that, we had a lovely holiday in Turkey and got to experience some really cool things!
