- Manaspark Deluxe Hotel

Located approximately 1.3 kilometres from Ölüdeniz, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Fethiye, this hotel is situated in an elevated position, providing breathtaking views over the valley to the sea. Guests will find a host of tourist attractions in the surroundings, such as Gemiler Island, Araxa and Tlos, home of the mythological Pegasus. Local transport is available from the main road, approximately 100 metres away. This establishment is composed of two main buildings and guests will find the pool area and an outdoor restaurant between them. Renovated in 2010, this air-conditioned beach hotel offers a host of comfortable guest rooms featuring private balconies.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We spent the full day and evening at Manas Park Hotel as a group of seven (six adults and a 5-year-old). Having stayed here in the past, we were already familiar with how beautiful the grounds are, but it was fantastic to be back.
The hotel grounds and the surrounding gardens are stunning, and the freshwater pool is lovely. They have very comfy sunbeds, and the poolside service was excellent.
When it comes to food, both the main restaurant and the snack bar were impressive. Even for the fusiest of eaters, there was always something delicious to enjoy. A big shoutout to the bar staff as well, who were incredibly welcoming throughout our visit.
The entertainment here is unbeatable—easily the best team in the Hisarönü area, led by 'Bloody Erol'. Entertainment was practically made for him; he consistently goes above and beyond for every guest to make sure everyone is having a great time. The evening featured live music from an Indonesian band, and they were amazing. They performed a great mix of English and Turkish songs, took requests, and created an atmosphere that was second to none.
One thing we did notice compared to our stay a few years ago is the guest demographic. We absolutely love Turkey, but we found that Manas Park seems to cater primarily to Turkish guests now. While we personally missed the vibrant international mix from our previous stay, it didn't take away from our experience.
Nevertheless, we had the absolute best day and night at Manas Park and will most definitely return!
Fantastic hotel with great service The food is hot and plenty full Jimmy is a lovely bloke and organised a lovely massage for me felt fantastic after. Erol and the Entertainments team are great and work very hard to keep everybody happy and entertained. The location is ideal for relaxing or if you want a more adventurous holiday that's available to book aswell.
Nice location and lots of space for every one delicious and fresh food everyday very welcoming restaurant and bars staff big thanks entertainment team
The hotel itself is clean and set in a beautiful location. The atmosphere throughout our stay was welcoming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.
A special thank you to the amazing restaurant staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and worked incredibly hard to make every meal enjoyable. The barman also deserves a mention for their excellent service, great cocktails, and always greeting guests with a smile.
The animation team really made our holiday extra special. Their energy, enthusiasm, and entertainment throughout the day and evening created such a fun atmosphere for both adults and children. They were engaging and there was always something enjoyable to take part in.
We also treated ourselves to a visit to the spa, which was a wonderful experience. The facilities were clean and relaxing, and the staff were professional and welcoming. It was the perfect way to unwind during our holiday.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Manaspark Deluxe Hotel. The excellent service from all the staff, combined with the lovely facilities and great atmosphere, made for a memorable holiday. Highly recommended!
We have just returned from our 10 night family holiday at Manaspark and wanted to leave an honest review of our experience.
POSITIVES: Firstly, the location of the hotel is amazing. The views are beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous, it is peaceful and quiet and a 10 minute stroll down to the strip. Food - The food was delicious. Our very fussy 10 year old always found plenty to eat and we were all satisfied with the quality of food and selection. We loved popping into the snack bar for chicken doner and ice cream! We also loved the strawberry slush from the bar! Entertainment - Erol was a highlight of our holiday! He made us feel so welcome and went out of his way to make sure we were all having a great time. What a genuinely lovely man he is! The evening shows were all really enjoyable, we particularly enjoyed the fire show and the Indonesian band. The spa - we all thoroughly enjoyed our massages, the sisters are amazing! The full body hot stone massage was incredible! Cemil was super friendly and went out of his way to chat to us and help us with anything we needed. Top man! The staff - at first we found some of the staff a little frosty but we found that once you talk to them and show them a little kindness, they were some of the loveliest people and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to Ceyda on the pool bar, Mehmet on the snack bar and Beri in the main restaurant! They were superb, super friendly and work so hard. Pools - there are 2 pools, one rectangle pool by the snack bar which has family rooms with terraces leading onto it. We loved our room located here! This pool is super quiet, we pretty much had the whole pool to ourselves for a few of the days! There is also a kidney shaped pool which is a little busier, has louder music (not too loud!) and entertainment with Erol in the day. BEACH - entry to paradise beach and sunbeds there is included in your stay. The shuttle bus to and from was great! We had the best day there. The free sunbeds saved us a lot of money! Cleanliness - the hotel was spotlessly clean. The maids cleaned our room thoroughly including the bathroom and mopping the floors and changing towels everyday. Shop - Apo and his wife in the shop are so lovely! We enjoyed popping in to see them everyday to buy snacks and cat food to feed the cats! The prices are all very reasonable too.
NEGATIVES: There are some really minor negatives to this hotel. Firstly, the rooms. We stayed in a 2 bed room with a poolside terrace. The room needed a little tlc. As some other reviews have pointed out, mirrors need replacing, doors and frames need a lick of paint, the sunbed covers are clean but some are holey - just get rid of them and it will make the place feel more premium. The beds are very firm. The lighting in the room is poor. The noise from the breakfast service in the restaurant started at around 8am. This didn't really bother us as we were getting up around this time anyway! BARS - it bugged us that the pool bar didn't serve any spirits or anything other than beer. There is a mosque nearby. They call to prayer quite loudly several times a day. The loudness can be a little annoying early in the morning. None of the negatives really had any impact on our enjoyment of our holiday! It is more just constructive criticism on how to make the hotel even better than it already is!
Overall, we had an amazing holiday at manaspark and would return in a heartbeat! Our 10 year old is already asking to book again for next year!
Thank you Erol, Cemil, Ceyda, Mehmet, Beri and Apo for making our holiday so wonderful! Love, The Manchester Family x
