Excellent Hotel Experience
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and overall we were extremely impressed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Everyone was polite, professional and made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay.
One of the biggest highlights for us was the animation team. They were absolutely brilliant and really made our holiday special. They were energetic, friendly and involved guests without being pushy or annoying. There was always something going on, and the entertainment created a great atmosphere around the hotel. You could see that the animators genuinely enjoyed their job, and their positive attitude was contagious.
The hotel itself was clean, well organised and had a very pleasant atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and regularly maintained, and the common areas were also kept in good condition. The staff worked hard every day to make sure everything was running smoothly.
The location is another big advantage. There are beautiful surroundings and plenty of opportunities to relax, enjoy the views and explore the local area. It is a great place for people who want a relaxing holiday but also like having activities and entertainment available.
We would also like to mention the hotel staff in general. They were always smiling, helpful and respectful. Whenever we needed something, they tried their best to help us, which made a big difference to our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely consider coming back. The atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent animation team, cleanliness and location all made this a very enjoyable experience. A special thank you to the animation team for making our days more fun and memorable!

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. A special thank you to Busra for being so kind and helpful. The staff were generally very friendly and welcoming, and the location is really good. The kids’ club was also a big plus — the staff were lovely with the children and there were plenty of fun activities. The rooms were just okay, nothing too special, but overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time there.
Very good holiday, few things would make it even better!!
We enjoyed our ten night stay at the hotel, food and drink selection is good. Metal tea spoons are needed for dessert, as the plastic ones snap!! Everything was clean and staff were friendly.
The hotel is right on the beach and a two minute walk from the main strip.
Transfer time is around 1 1/2 - 2 hrs, which unfortunately is normal for Turkey.
My only complaint is that there isn’t enough sun loungers around the family pool, setting the alarm for 06:30 while on holiday isn’t good!! Some days you might be lucky but on our first full day, we went for breakfast at 7:40 and no sun loungers were available, which is annoying.
There is available sun loungers around the adult pool but because we had our daughter, we couldn’t sit around there.
Adult pool is where you can get pancakes, I recommend the lemon sugar ones!
The same problem is with chairs around the pool bar and entertainment area, there isn’t enough tables or chairs in the evening.
Evening entertainment isn’t the best but it would still be nice to get a table!
Overall, we are not the type of family to go back to the same hotel but I’d have no problem going back here.

Lovely holiday
We have recently returned from a 9 night stay. The hotel and location was excellent and the food was plenty and varied.
We did have a slight issue with the quality of the room we were allocated at first, however the reception staff kindly moved us and the second room met our expectations. I would recommend upgrading from an eco room. Rooms were cleaned daily and the fridge restocked.
By far the best thing about this hotel is the staff, we would like to specially mention Muhammed on the entertainment team who made our holiday extra special. And to Cihan on the main lobby bar for his efficiency and friendliness. We will definitely return!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – The Animation Team Made It Unforgettable!
From the moment we arrived, the entertainment staff created such a warm and lively atmosphere. Every day was packed with fun activities — pool games, dance sessions, mini shows, and evening performances that kept both kids and adults entertained. The energy and enthusiasm of the team never dropped, even after long, hot days.
A special shoutout goes to Muhammed from the animation team. He was incredibly energetic, friendly, and made sure every single guest felt included, no matter their age or language. He organized games with so much passion and always had a smile on his face. My kids absolutely loved him, and honestly, he’s the reason our evenings were the highlight of the trip. His professionalism and genuine care for guests’ happiness really stood out.
Thanks to Muhammed and the whole animation crew, this vacation felt more like a fun-filled adventure than just a regular hotel stay. We’ll definitely be back, and we truly hope to see this amazing team again!
