⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Spa Experience – A Must-Visit!
We were a group of seven girls celebrating a bachelorette trip, and visiting the spa was honestly one of the highlights of our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, every single member of the spa team made us feel incredibly welcome. The level of hospitality, professionalism, warmth, and genuine care was beyond anything we expected. It didn't feel like we were guests – it felt like we had become part of a second family. A special thank you to the Spa Manager, mr.lezgin who runs the spa with such passion and attention to detail. You can immediately feel that customer satisfaction and creating an exceptional experience are his top priorities. Everything was perfectly organized, and he made sure every single one of us felt comfortable and cared for. We would also like to recognize the amazing therapists and massage team: specially Yakup is so nice welcoming ,smiling and professional person and sulasmi,murni,rahayu and erlinda Their professionalism, kindness, and expertise were truly outstanding. Every massage was incredibly relaxing, and each therapist took the time to ensure we had the perfect experience. We all agreed afterwards that the treatments were among the best we have ever had. The Hamam experience was absolutely wonderful, the sauna facilities were fantastic, and the entire spa area was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Every detail contributed to a feeling of complete relaxation. What impressed us most was not only the quality of the treatments but also the people. Every employee greeted us with a smile, remembered us, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests happy. That kind of service cannot be taught—it comes from people who truly love what they do. To anyone staying at this hotel: do yourself a favor and visit the spa. Enjoy the Hamam, relax in the sauna, and book a massage. You will not regret it.

We had amazing experience, very nice and kind stuff, all the facilities were great and last but not least our dj Ozzy and his assistant Moris are just fantastic, couldn’t ask for more, highly recommended, top notch , Viva Design plus Seya beach Hotel!

A Truly Magnificent Holiday Experience
The hotel was magnificent and boasts the best location for a holiday. It's truly a wonderful place, from its restaurant and staff to the kids' club. We had a small issue with the air conditioning in our room and called for a repair. The Technical Manager immediately came to our room with his staff and resolved the problem right away. I have stayed in so many hotels, but no manager is this hands-on and involved in their work. You rarely see a manager, but all the staff at this hotel are incredibly humble. Everything was genuinely superb. We will certainly be returning, especially because of the wonderful activities for the children. Thank you very much.
