O‏ur family of eight stayed at the hotel from September 24th to 29th.

‏Here are the pros and cons of our experience:

‏Pros:

1. The hotel is situated in a truly unique and beautiful location. Nestled in a forest on one side and facing the sea on the other, it offers exceptional views, a beautiful and clean beach, and stunning scenery.
2. We stayed in both a “Superior Nature Family” room and a “Nature Family” room. Both rooms were clean and comfortable.
3. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available throughout the day.

‏Aspects I found unsatisfactory:

1. The attitude of some staff members was cold and unfriendly, giving the impression that they were working against their will. There was a middle-aged man at the main bar who treated guests unequally, providing special service to some guests without them even asking for it. Such unprofessional behavior is disappointing and inappropriate for a hotel of this caliber.

‏Another issue was the inconsistency in preparing cocktails. Except for three bartenders at the main bar, most of the staff seemed to mix the ingredients without following any consistent measurements or recipes. As a result, the same drinks tasted noticeably different depending on which bar you ordered them from.

2. Unfortunately, despite checking the weather conditions before planning our trip, the weather turned out to be quite cold, and there was one full day of heavy rain.

‏I am not sure whether the hotel has the facilities to heat the pool water, but if this is possible, it would be a great improvement. Because the water was quite cold, only a small number of guests were able to use the pool.

‏On the rainy day, due to the cold and rainy weather outside, almost all the guests gathered at the main bar. As a result, it was very difficult to find an available seat, and guests sometimes had to wait for someone to leave before they could sit down.

‏I believe the hotel could have made some arrangements for such unusual weather conditions. For example, additional indoor seating could have been provided. There were also no indoor entertainment activities or special programs available that day. It would have been nice if the hotel had organized some indoor activities to make the rainy day more enjoyable for the guests.

‏In my opinion, these may seem like small details, but they are exactly the kinds of thoughtful touches that can make a hotel stand out and encourage guests to choose it again in the future.

3. Another issue was the lack of electrical outlets in our second room. There were no accessible power outlets or wardrobe in that room, so whenever we needed to use an electrical outlet, we had to go to the other room. This was quite inconvenient.

‏Finally, I would like to express my sincere thanks Ms. Aleyna, who was extremely helpful throughout the hotel reservation process and ‏Ms. Yasemin, Ms. Ismihan, and Mr. Can at the main bar, who were always friendly, professional and Ms. Zeynep and Mr. Eğit at the reception, who warmly welcomed us and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

Very quick check in. Room was all we needed. Good shower, view of the sea. Tv just the usual english news channels. Free WiFi excellent throughout the whole complex. Pools complex very clean with just enough sun loungers. Good service from all of the 3 bars and Good quality drinks. Good numerous coffee machines and loads of free water bottles everywhere. 24 hour all inclusive! Staff brilliant! Special shout out to Engin from the entertainment team and Emre at guest relations. Both went the extra mile and spoke excellent English. Only 3 or 4 English holidaymakers on site, mainly Turkish and Germans, but that was fine. Not hassled at all from photographers or wellness department which was a pleasant change. Restaurant very clean with good quality food. Food available from 7am to 1am! Choice of sitting inside or outside. Both areas lovely with good views out to the Aegean. Lots of pluses about this hotel. The only minuses, the beach area is very poor. Just steps down on to rocks and very murky water. The beach restaurant was just basic burgers, chips salad. The hotel was very remote, so you needed to get a dolmus for a 15 minute journey into the town or to Ephesus. The buses stopped at the hotel gate and the cost was just 40 turkish lira. I recommend this hotel if you like staying on site.
