Deniz is a very good and hard worker he makes sure everyone is okay and is very sociable and chatty

We have been coming here as a family for years; we really like the hotel and are always very satisfied with everything—many thanks to everyone. The animation team has changed, but Breezy is still here; we met her and also Deniz, who started this year. They are both wonderful, energetic people—we are so glad to have met them, and they do a fantastic job.
Rude staff
we did not enjoy our stay at all. From the beginning to the end, the experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below our expectations.
The biggest disappointment was the service. The waiters were extremely rude, unhelpful and had very poor manners. Whenever we asked for drinks, they seemed completely lost in their own world and showed very little interest in the guests. They hardly paid attention to our table or whether we needed anything.
When our drinks were brought to us, they were sometimes placed on the table in such a careless and rude manner that drinks would actually spill. This is not the kind of service you expect from a hotel where guests are supposed to feel welcomed and valued.
Unfortunately, the reception was another major disappointment. We went to reception many times because we had various problems and needed assistance, but despite explaining our concerns repeatedly, not once did we feel that our problems were properly addressed or resolved. The staff seemed completely focused on themselves, talking and laughing among each other, rather than paying attention to guests who were asking for help.
I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and hard work. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyon
I came to the hotel with my husband and were really pleased with our stay. Palmin truly deserves the very best. The food was delicious and there was a great variety. The restaurant was clean, spacious, open and had a beautiful view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was lovely to sit in the lobby and enjoy a coffee.
All the staff were very friendly, hardworking and helpful. There are activities during the day organized by the animation team. We would especially like to thank Brezzy and Deniz. They were both very friendly, energetic and attentive, and they took great care of us throughout our stay. A big thank you to both of them!
The evening shows were also amazing. There were professional shows, live music, quizzes and many other activities, so you can have a great time both during the day and at night.
Overall, we were extremely happy with everything at the hotel. We will definitely choose Palmin again next year. Hopefully, we will meet the same animation team here again next year. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️
Perfect Holiday
Have to say this hotel was amazing, staff cant do enough for you to make you feel welcomed and took care of you very well, especially entertaiment team, big shout out to breezy muffy joshua and deniz, and fantastic Dj, rooms are spotless clean, cant wait to be back, we enjoyed every minute at this hotel, lovely staff, and good location, just 5 minutes away from the town
