At OneAndOnly our absolute priority is the health safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues. Now more than ever due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation we are focusing on our guest experience and ensuring we are exceeding the protocols from the worlds leading health experts including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC. Please note that on 19 March 2020 the Republic of Mauritius has issued a government advisory closing the border to all arriving passengersl. In addition a mandatory curfew has been implemented as of 23 March 2020 which means that guests will not be able to enjoy the full OneAndOnly experience. Guests can continue to enjoy the resort beach and pools- the gardens and Club One. Dining will be available at La Terrasse and en suite. The Spa and the KidsOnly remain closed.We remain vigilant about the health and safety of all our guests and colleagues without compromising your guest experience.

The review
To be honest, a stay at this hotel is a true "one and only" experience in Mauritius that you simply can't describe unless you've been there yourself. The level of service is beyond extraordinary, from the dedicated team taking care of the rooms (sending big hugs to Shyama and Ashvin—and I am so sorry if I misspelled your names!) to the restaurant and beach staff. I want to give a special thank you to Arlando and Joy down at the beach. You just have to visit this hotel, feel the magic for yourself, and keep coming back. Even after leaving, the memories are life-changing. It is one of the top hotels in the world, with the most wonderful people and a stunning private peninsula of white sand.
Perfect 2nd visit
This was our second stay at O&O Le Saint Geran and it was even more special as the first time. The hotel is fantastic, the views as well, but the staff in particularly are super friendly and helpful. Our hosts Kiran and Ash were great. We will definitely be visiting again and look forward to it

Our experience at One&Only Le Saint Géran was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Everything about our stay reflected the highest standards of luxury, hospitality and attention to detail.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and made to feel incredibly special. The service, hospitality, cleanliness, food, ambience, facilities and attention to detail were all outstanding. Every little aspect of the experience was thoughtfully taken care of, creating the perfect balance between luxury, comfort and personalised service.
The resort itself is simply breathtaking. The beautiful surroundings, immaculate grounds, stunning rooms, exceptional restaurants and peaceful atmosphere make Saint Géran a truly special destination. What impressed us most, however, was the people. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of our stay was memorable.
A very special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Haresh Sungkur for everything he did for us. His professionalism, kindness, attentiveness and genuine care made an already wonderful experience even more meaningful. Haresh went far beyond what one would normally expect and made us feel genuinely valued and looked after throughout our stay. People like him are what make a luxury hotel truly exceptional.

The best hotel experience 🌸
The location and atmosphere was so soothing and calm. The infrastructure was so beautifully designed with a blend of sophistication and nature. We truly love the surroundings. The room so modern snd spacious with all the amenities, we slep like babies 🤣, very comfortable. The food was awesome with a lot of variety at la Terrace. Fresh sea ursinsbd the selection of desserts was my favorite part. The spa pool was so relaxing, we came out re-energised. My favorite place remains le carré. We are looking to come back for a relaxing weekend . We are grateful to the hotel staff to make every effort to make our stay memorable ❤️ . The one & Onlt Saint Gerant becomes our new favorite place for get aways . Thank you so much ☺️

Beautiful aesthetics
Stunning location, with beautiful calm ocean lagoon waters all around, soft sand beach, well maintained coconut trees, a private helipad, very aesthetically designed spaces, comfortable rooms with amazing views, and friendly staff. Special thanks to chef Nitin for a simple meal he got made for us, to Devi from housekeeping for being so warm, to Varun for his welcome and to Kevin at the airport for his helpful nature. Overall an amazing experience and stay, barring the dinner buffet food at the main restaurant which was quite average and did not taste fresh especially for the price. Best part was the sunsets and the tropical forest they have built between the 2 buildings - very pleasant for the senses.
