The Ravenala Attitude is a 4-star All Suite hotel, tucked away in an exotic garden between the Indian Ocean and the Citron River on the north-west coast of Mauritius.
Guests stay in spacious suites, decorated in earth tones with natural fabrics and rattan, providing a simple yet exotic island style atmosphere. Each suite is equipped with balcony or terrace, air conditioning, minibar and plasma TV.
The Ravenala Attitude has 10 restaurants, each with its own identity, mood and cuisine. Half-board guests are offered a dine around” experience in 7 of the 10 restaurants. There are also several bars for cocktails, drinks and evening entertainment.
For relaxation, there is a spa and wellness centre with massage rooms, hammam and beauty salon. Guests can relax at 2 outdoor pools or work out in the fitness centre. Other activities offered are canoeing, stand up paddling, tennis, windsurfing and aqua gym. A kid's club is available.
Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Airport is 45 km away and airport transfers can be arranged for a surcharge.

Great service, beautiful resort!
It was a lovely experience at Revenala Attitude, we came for a couple stay and really enjoyed the resort. We would definitely like to thank Mr. Seambur, Mr Ashlay, Jamel and Darnal for their excellent service at the O Beach restaurant. They really made our dinner special.

Great Potential, but Communication Needs Improvement
I am currently staying at Ravenala Attitude on an All-Inclusive package and, unfortunately, my experience so far has been quite mixed.
I feel there is a real lack of communication and guidance from the staff. On several occasions, I found myself feeling a little left to my own devices. As this is my first time staying at the hotel, I expected to receive at least a short guided tour of the property to discover the different facilities, restaurants, bars and activities. Unfortunately, no one offered me a tour or took the time to explain how the hotel and its concept work.
At the restaurant, no one came to welcome or guide me either. I actually had to look for a waitress myself to ask for a table for two, which I found quite surprising.
I was also quite uncomfortable witnessing a situation at the bar where a bartender reprimanded a colleague in front of me. I found this unprofessional, and unfortunately, it leaves a negative impression on the guest.
I also did not have any contact with a member of the Guest Relations team to check whether everything was going well during my stay or whether I needed any assistance. For a hotel of this category, especially with an All-Inclusive package, I expected more attention and presence towards guests.
That said, I would like to highlight that the housekeeping staff are very friendly, cheerful and pleasant. One member of the entertainment team also took the time to come and offer me an activity and ask if everything was going well. It is precisely these small gestures that make a difference and make guests feel welcomed.
It is a shame because I believe Ravenala Attitude has a lot of potential. The setting and the hotel itself are very pleasant. However, the overall guest experience also depends greatly on the welcome, communication and attitude of the staff, and unfortunately, this is an area that still needs improvement.
I hope this feedback will be taken as constructive criticism. With more presence, communication and attention towards guests, I believe the overall experience could truly live up to the potential of the property.

Lovely celebration meal on the beach at O beach restaurant, Ravenala Attitude hotel
Celebrated our 30th Wedding anniversary with a celebratory meal on the beach at O Beach restaurant Ravenala Attitude. We were we well looked after by Kelly and his team. Relaxed service with some great fish dishes. A great end to to a lovely holiday.
