A Truly Enjoyable Stay at The Westin
I had a wonderful stay at The Westin. The hotel is in a great location with a relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Island living beyond good
Beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality & sea views. Rooms were large & spacious with twice daily servicing. They added lovely little personalised touches to our stay as it was my husbands birthday. I would rush back there. It was really superb. Super clean, tranquil but lively if you wanted that, Grast selection of water sports on hand as well.

Fabulous holiday
Just returned from a wonderful holiday in The Westin From the moment we arrived we loved every minute. We walked into beautiful views, beautiful rooms and a beautiful hotel. The food was amazing with so much to choose from with different options daily. The hotel and rooms were cleaned to a high standard The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Everything we asked for was sorted for us. Everyone was so very friendly. We will definitely come back one day

Disappointing Guest Experience & Lack of Management Response
The stay at Westin Mauritius was disappointing, particularly given the expectations from a property of this standard. I had raised genuine feedback directly with the General Manager after an issue with my check-in experience, but unfortunately, he didn’t even acknowledge or respond to my email. The lack of basic courtesy and follow-up was more disappointing than the original issue itself. This is not the level of guest care I would expect from a Westin property.
Post checkout from Westin , I stayed at a similar price range property in Flick N Flack and the difference in service and food was night and day !! Would not recommend this property !

Sending thanks to the Staff and Support crew at the Westin Turtle Bay for a great stay over four days last week. A particular mention for the service and friendliness of all the staff, in particular Meeta our Housekeeper, Ravi the Sommelier, Monu at the boathouse, and Vikash and all restaurant assistants under his guidance. Vikash, you were right, the service is not the same at our next (current) destination! But the change is good. Our little daughter also really appreciated being able to dance to the evening music and felt welcomed by the lovely lady who kept coming by to say hi to her (I wish I’d picked up her name, you know who you are).
