Basic but clean and good location
Hotel is functional but basic, not luxurious by any means but clean and comfortable.
A good base to stay if you planning to go out and about but not a hotel I’d pick if your plan is to lounge by the pool in the day or chill by the bar in the evening as lacks pretty basic and no vibes.
The staff are pleasant enough,
Aman and Hushika served me in the restaurant were nice enough, however my husband was told he had to have long trousers for dinner, even after explaining his case had gone missing. He obliged and went shopping only to find out ‘restaurant’ was very basic & doubled as breakfast, lunchtime location.
We arrived here after spending 3 nights in long beach in Belle Mar which had a buffet restaurant plus 4 other dining establishments which were all exquisite and they were understanding about his list luggage situation and allowed him to dine in shorts so maybe our expectations had been set too high.

We arrived for our honeymoon and were honestly blown away from the moment we got here. The welcome and introduction were so warm, and when we walked into our room, we were completely overwhelmed by how beautifully everything had been prepared for us. 🥹🤍 A HUGE thank you to Kavy from housekeeping for giving us the most beautifully prepared room. The honeymoon room setup was absolutely stunning ; every little detail made it feel so special and made arriving here as newlyweds even more memorable. The view, the beautiful room, the flowers, the swans… everything was perfect. You could genuinely see how much care had gone into everything, and we appreciate it so much. And thank you to the entire hotel team for welcoming us so warmly, hosting us in such a beautiful place and making such an effort for our honeymoon. You have made this part of our trip incredibly special. If you’re considering coming here for your honeymoon, anniversary or another special occasion, 1000% recommend it. 🤍🌴🥂 Thank you for making us feel so celebrated! 🥹💍

I highly recommend that hotel - very, very nice and helpfull staff (specially thank's to DEEPAK - out best guy, who work in the restaurant but u feel as he's family member) clean rooms, beautifull ocean view from the room and good vibe. #106
Very disappointed - changed hotel for our stay
Multiple issues with this hotel unfortunately.
- The first room we were provided with had a smell from the shower drain and after two attempts by housekeeping at resolving this we were moved to another room which was better but the problem was not fully resolved.
- Both rooms we saw had kettles with Continental plugs, which were rammed into type G British sockets without an earth connection. Better to get the right kettle leads!
- Room faced the road but glazing was not air-tight enough to fully reduce noise level at night.
- The gym was a bit deficient; 6kg and 12kg dumbells only.
- The sun deck had no sunshades.
- The lift (elevator) did not align with all floors so was a trip hazard.
- Great salad for dinner, but no hot vegetarian food.
The housekeeping staff were mostly trying to be helpful but in my opinion they were battling a cheap refurbishment and poor maintence.
We planned to stay five nights, but after a single night stay we moved to another hotel. The OceanV have since emailed to assure us that the issues we identified are being addressed. They provided a good-will gesture for the cancelled nights.
