Dining at night, looking out over the ocean and taking your time over the delicious fresh food has to be a highlight of any holiday, and it's something you can enjoy throughout your stay at the Veranda Paul and Virgine Hotel when you dine at the Isle de France main restaurant, a buffet restaurant featuring international and traditional Mauritian dishes. The beach restaurant, offers incredible seafood dishes and Veranda Resorts’ signature dishes and also features a beach bar. The main bar overlooks Gran Gaube lagoon and is the perfect place to wind down in the evening.
The beach is a big part of holidays to Mauritius, and guests at the Veranda Paul and Virgine Hotel have access to one of the prettiest - so much sun, so much soft white sand...
There are two excellent swimming pools at the heart of the resort. And some very elegant, very comfortable sunbeds set up around the hotel, so you can claim your place in the sun and top up your Mauritius tan.
There's a real emphasis on comfort in all of the comfort rooms with a balcony or terrace offering magnificent sea views. Our Mauritius Honeymoon
The most incredible time staying in this hotel, the staff create a wonderful atmosphere and couldn’t do enough for you. The food is amazing, including the variety of dishes on offer. The rooms are perfect, and are kept very clean, with special pieces of art left every day by our cleaner Ardash. The entertainment put on in the evening by Cedric and his team is brilliant with ample supply of drink provided by Awmee and Prakash especially. An unforgettable stay and fantastic value for money, we will be back!

Most wonderful honeymoon
We had the most wonderful honeymoon at Veranda Paul et Virginie! It was magical from start to finish. Special shout outs go to Cedric for hours and hours of pétanque games on the beach, Pawan for incredible off-menu cocktails and Lulu, the adorable resort dog, for protecting us during our stay.
We would love to say we’ll be back, but it really was the holiday of a lifetime, so probably not (unless we win the lottery)!
