Beautiful hotel, incredible service.
I would really like to say a huge thank you to Keveen and Rajiv for making my mornings at breakfast so lovely. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after and always made me feel so welcome.
Every time I came down for breakfast, I was greeted with a smile and such friendly, attentive service. Their kindness and warmth really stood out to me and made a difference to my stay.
It’s clear that they genuinely care about the guests and take pride in what they do. They are a real credit to the hotel, and I’m very grateful for how well they looked after me. Thank you, Keveen and Rajiv! ❤️
Inviting, comfortable experience
Thoroughly enjoyed my second stay at this lovely hotel on the waterfront. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff was truly exceptional - professional, courteous, and friendly. Rajiv and Kevan in the bistro provided excellent service during my three-day visit. The Front Desk staff greeted me warmly on arrival (thank you, Faith!) after a long travel day and at my departure. I look forward to a future stay!
Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch
Wonderful experience and exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to Sebastien for being so warm, attentive and genuine , he even taught me a little Mauritian Creole! 🇲🇺 He truly made my evening special.
Port-Louis experience
Great view,wonderfull hotel,delighted food and the service was fantastic.Mr Hurvin Vikash who hosted us was the best. I will come back for sure when I travel to Mauritius again

First Dinner on our holiday
We had an amazing dinner. The food was amazing for our first evening. Very warm and well presented. The service was top notch. Sebastien was super friendly and attentive. The calmest of the place with an amazing view of the ocean(seeing fish jumping every now and then) made us feel peaceful.
