A wonderful experience to be renewed !
A smart and cosy room welcomed us once we stepped in ✔️ The resort is highly recommended for couples and families who wish to spend a pleasant holiday in Mauritius. There are pools to please each and everyone and this is wonderful 🔝 I personally enjoyed the Indian Restaurant and Infinity Blue the beach restaurant and we were lucky to taste the Mauritius special snacks in the newly corner set up, yummy 😋 Kudos to the staff for their dedication and special thanks to the Hotel Director who leads his team with passion and dedication and this highly reflects in the service provided. Keep it up JC 🙏

Great lunch at Infinity Blue restaurant of the Heritage Awali Hotel
We had lunch at the restaurant Infinity blue of the Heritage Awali Hotel. The setting is absolutely amazing, right on the beach with a view of the kitesurfers's antics in the distance, and swimmers and snorkelers right in front of us. The restaurant does not catch any wind at all, so it is peaceful and tranquil a true blue, white sand Mauritian beach setting. The staff was very attentive and we enjoyed sipping wine with lovely background music. Appetizers were served, sushi and olive tapenade. Delicious. Also the Thai beef red curry that followed needs recommendation. This was topped off with a lovely desert with a mango sorbet. All in all a delightful relaxing experience.

An absolutely fantastic dinner at Heritage last night — the service was spectacular from start to finish, attentive without ever being intrusive, and truly elevated the whole experience. The food matched it perfectly: exceptional quality, beautifully executed, and full of flavor. A memorable evening in every way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience. Bravo to the entire team! 👏🍷
A home away from Home
This property was like a home away from home. I believe when the management thought of this place- they must have personally stayed here and figured out what does a family need because it was just PERFECT and i mean just PERFECT. The location is closer to all the main spots and has tons of activities and pools to chose from. What impressed me was the incredible staff who proactively thought about what you need before you could ask for it. There are very few places I can think of that reach such level of Luxury. It would be incomplete if we dont acknowledge the incredible staff who made this possible. Starting with the check in process( we turned up a little early) but Treseca,Jaishny & Karisha made the process seamless but made sure we were comfortable first. The room was spotless thanks to Keshav,Vhimla and Alex who went out of their way and also made sure we got everything we needed from baby stuff to other requests. The food and drink were outstanding at all the 3 restaurants. Special thanks to Asvin for preparing such a lovely cocktail(look out for him)At infinity we were served by Treven, Oudish, Jean & Karine(a great bunch) who made sure our evening was lively with a smile.A special shout out to Laurent,Rohit, Girish, Yovshini & Chef Aarte who arranged this really beautiful exclusive dinner along with the ever smiling & warm Krishna(you will be blessed to be served by him). At the spa a big shout out to Madhvi, Stephanie, Esha, Angelique,Anju & Radica for really making us feel at home but really good treatments. Do stop by to say hello to Madhvi & Stephanie. We also booked a lot of activities through the resort- Nitish & Jay were really helpful and guided us to the right people. Lastly a big shout out to Ryan & Arvin for all the help during the check out process. While this is a long review it would not be complete without the people who made our stay so incredible and personal. Thank you Heritage Awali I will be back soon

Superbe experience at the Hotel. We were well taken care of by the GM Jérôme and waiter Nawaaz was top notched. Will definitely be back.
