We came here with the intention of getting married and spending a few wonderful days at the hotel. We had an amazing time. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the food was outstanding.
Premi, who organized our wedding, deserves more than just praise. She went above and beyond to make our special day perfect.
We highly recommend this hotel.
Heritage le Telfair - paradise
Hotel is perfect place for tropical holiday, Luxury, relaxing with delicious good. Mauritius is the best destination of the World, it’s paradise. The staff in the hotel is very kindly, helpful. Especially Spicy, whose positive energy is infectious. She's always kind, open, and helpful. You could say she's the showpiece of this hotel. We'll definitely be back. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel is worth the price and highly recommended.

Heritage Le Telfair has become part of our anniversary story. This was our second year celebrating here, and after this stay, we already know it won't be our last.
From the moment we walked in, we felt it — that warm, genuine welcome that tells you you're somewhere special. It's in the small things, the thoughtful touches, the way everything seemed designed to make our anniversary feel truly celebrated.
We have to talk about Premi, our concierge. She's a romantic at heart, and it shows in everything she does. She arranged the most beautifully decorated tables for our dinner and breakfast, and even had a lactose-free chocolate cake specially made to cater to my wife’s dietary needs. That level of thoughtfulness and care is what turned a nice stay into a treasured memory.
Emilie, from restaurant booking, deserves a huge thank you too. Her warmth and genuine enthusiasm helping us pick the perfect restaurants made planning our stay feel effortless and fun.
There's something about this place — a coziness that wraps around you and lets the outside world melt away, even if just for a couple of days. We were truly spoilt by every member of staff we encountered. But honestly, it's the people who make the real magic happen. The fact that they remembered us, that we felt recognized and truly at home, is something so rare and so special.

We had the best time on our honeymoon at this hotel!! The staff were absolutely amazing we had our own concierge Ashni who was fantastic her service was amazing and she helped us so much we are so grateful!
Sanjaye was also brilliant!
We had a lovely massage with Shannon from the spa! I highly recommend she gave us the best massage we have ever had.
We will be returning twice a year hopefully back to this lovely hotel for more holidays.

Amazing service
We were really impressed by the excellent service provided by all the staff during our short stay at the hotel. All the staff members were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and unique as possible. We leave here with excellent memories and lots of gratitude for being looked after. A special thanks to Bruno from Le Palmier, Esteban from the breakfast area, and of course Josh, who has been outstanding in terms of providing the service and answering to all our requests however exigent they were.! Hats off to this amazing team. We have yet to come across a bett team after being in many other hotels.
