Disappointing Stay - Outdated and Uncomfortable
While the hotel has potential, the room I stayed in desperately needs an upgrade. The mattress and pillows felt heavily used and provided no comfort. The stained tiles in the room also raised cleanliness concerns. I hope management invests in new bedding and proper floor cleaning soon.
Excellent hospitality
Very good experience and great service in the Voyager 47 Club. The manager Dinson looked after us very well.

- Mercado restaurant
Mr Renga is very rude. When we arrived we went for tea time, which ends at 16.30. We already finished but we were still having a chat, the person mentioned above came at 16.29 and unpolitely told us 'you need to go outside now we have to prepare for dinner'. The next day for lunch, they had an area for lunch reserved for some guests. They put 3 chairs to block the area. One of us did not notice and went through, and a woman kindly said that the area is reserved and we said no prob we didnt realise because the indian food corner was open for everyone the night before. But Mr Renga came and told one of us 'can't you see this is blocked with chairs?'. Very unpolite and rude. Staff do not clean up the table after you finish eating. I am attaching a picture of how cuttlery was put on a table we requested.
- Reception service
I went to the sports center and there was no one there. I called reception service and they told me that the person went for beach volley session and is not available. I asked if anyone else is there to help me but they unpolitely said ' no we cannot do anything for you right now'. I paid for the service and was clearly declined. What kind of hospitality is this? The next day i had a guest coming over for a birthday lunch. But hotel declined and imposed a day package for the additional person, which i agreed to. The person came the next day and was left unattended for more than 30mins although she already did all formalities. Duty manager Jarvin was decent enough when we complained and he compensated the day package.
Room furniture is old and needs replacing.
Overall food is average, only breakfast buffet is decent.
Got good reviews about the hotel but was disappointed with the service.
Avoid a family trip to this resort for your good.
Extremely poor service and management, terrible food, highly inefficient and unprofessional chefs, lack of coordination amongst the restaurant staff, lack of basic cooking equipments. We went with our infant reading Google reviews and seeing online photos but it was a disappointing experience. Wouldn't recommend it at all if you going with family.
