From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed. The villa was spectacular—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and so well maintained that it quickly felt like a home away from home.

What truly made this holiday exceptional, however, was the people. Every single member of staff, regardless of the department, showed remarkable professionalism combined with genuine warmth and kindness. Their smiles, attention to detail, and willingness to help at every moment created an atmosphere that is difficult to describe and even harder to forget.

Another highlight that deserves special recognition was the gastronomy. Every single restaurant we visited served food of an exceptionally high standard. The sushi was outstanding, while the Mediterranean cuisine at Helios and Adam & Eve was simply delicious. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, and the consistency throughout our stay were remarkable. We had the pleasure of congratulating the Executive Chef personally on our last day, but we would like to do so once again through this message. Please extend our sincere congratulations to the entire culinary team for the exceptional work they do every day.

We would especially like to recognize a few people who made our stay even more memorable.

Desire, our main contact throughout our holiday, was simply outstanding. Always available, incredibly efficient, and proactive, every request we made was handled quickly and flawlessly. Knowing that Desire was always there gave us complete peace of mind.

A special thank you also goes to Lazaro, who looked after our villa with exceptional care. Everything was immaculate every day. His attention to detail, meticulous work, and dedication were truly impressive.

Mervin kept our private pool in perfect condition throughout our stay. It was always crystal clear and ready to enjoy.

We were also deeply impressed by Cristian, from the Philippines, who delivered our room service. He transformed every meal into a fine dining experience, arranging everything with elegance, precision, and genuine care. Honestly, it often felt even better than dining in a luxury restaurant.

Many thanks as well to George, who always delivered our afternoon cake with a smile and ensured our minibar was perfectly replenished.

Finally, we would like to thank Rabia at Reception, as well as Richard, whose kindness, professionalism, and welcoming attitude made every interaction a pleasure.

The facilities at Constance Ephelia are magnificent, but it is the people who make the resort truly extraordinary. Luxury is not only measured by beautiful villas or breathtaking beaches—it is measured by how people make you feel. Every member of your team made us feel valued, cared for, and, above all, at home.

If we may offer two small suggestions that could make an already outstanding experience absolutely perfect, they would be these. First, it would be wonderful to have a dedicated Adults Only area within the resort, providing guests seeking a quieter atmosphere with an additional option. Secondly, reserving a small section of the beach as an Adults Only area would also be greatly appreciated by many couples looking for a little more tranquility. We offer these suggestions with the utmost respect, simply because we believe they would elevate an already exceptional resort to an even higher level.

Seychelles is a premium destination, and Constance Ephelia is a luxury resort. We chose it precisely because we were looking for a truly special experience. The long journey to reach the islands and the significant financial investment required for such a holiday were both considerable—but every minute of travel and every euro spent proved to be worthwhile.

We had such an amazing experience at Constance Ephelia, and wish we had booked a longer stay! We stayed in a family Villa, and had a wonderful host, Goodwick. From the late night snack he organised for us after our late night flight, to the huge amount of activities on property, we were completely spoiled. Loved the beach cruisers, the restaurants, and morning beach yoga. Can’t wait to go back!
