Great food with great people
The service was absolutely amazing especially from Melly, Kobe, and Gigi and ofcourse the chef Eros. Food was top notch at mahe restraunt, we had the ocean grill and the sea food curry and both were very fresh and tasteful. All in all, it was a great experience with some great food and people.
From a Disappointing Start to a Memorable Stay at Hilton Northolme
We had a rather disappointing start to our stay at Hilton Northolme. We raised several concerns regarding our villa, the noise, the lack of assistance and the overall experience.
What truly impressed us, however, was how the hotel responded once we shared our feedback. Rather than ignoring our concerns, the team made a genuine effort to turn our experience around.
They arranged sun loungers for us, helped organise an excursion plan and made a noticeable effort to ensure that we could enjoy the rest of our stay. We really appreciated seeing the team take our feedback seriously and actively work to improve our experience.
A special mention must go to Suman, who truly stood out. He went above and beyond to help us and made a genuine effort to turn our initial disappointment into a much more positive experience. His attitude, attentiveness and willingness to help made a real difference, and we are very grateful for his efforts.
We are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary on this trip, so having someone make that extra effort meant a lot to us.
While our stay did not begin as we had hoped, we appreciate the way Hilton Northolme responded to our concerns and worked to turn things around. The effort from the team, and especially Suman, did not go unnoticed.

Excellent food and service at Mahe restaurant
After a booking issue at the Mahe restaurant earlier in our trip, the team really went above and beyond to make things right, and they completely redeemed themselves.
We revisited the restaurant and the food was excellent, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They turned what started as a disappointing experience into a really enjoyable evening.
We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Seychelles to try some of their other restaurants. Thank you to the whole team, particularly Uche, Nelly, Kobe and Gospel.
Best spa at Hilton seychelles
Juliette is the bestest and sweetest person for a spa experience. Thankyou so much Juliette.. i would live to come back for the stay just because of Juliette.
