Worst experience!!!
How is this a 5 star resort??!!! Worst experience ever!! Money was stolen from our room, the first day we arrived! We reported it immediately, no actions were taken! We upgraded our room after afew days of stay, even though they knew about if ahead of time, they made it a nightmare for us! They made us check out early, and they gave us a room at night! They wasted a whole day of our vacation!!! They lost our luggage during the process and finally when we got the room, the room was disgustingly dirty!! They did not clean it at all. Toilet and bathroom was so dirty! Hair all over the floor! Ac was not working properly!! And they did not do anything about it!! The overall quality of the facilities, combined with the exorbitant pricing of the resort and its overpriced spa, food, and drinks, felt completely unjustified. Whenever we addressed these concerns, staff just transferred us between different departments with no real solution. It seemed like no one was in charge or capable of handling basic service complaints. To add to this, the beach was incredibly rocky, leaving no suitable areas for swimming. Even when checking out, staff did not care to apologize for the dreadful stay or attempt to offer any solution or compensation to improve the situation. Do not recommend at all!! Do not waste your money!!
I had a fabulous stay
The hotel has the most friendly staff, everyone is friendly & they go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Breakfast is a 10/10. The lady pastry chef at breakfast deserves a high-five for being very charming & adding a twist to breakfast.
I loved my stay... only issue was the rain, which made us miss out on a good beach experience.

we had a pleasant to stay in the hotel. We really enjoyed Natalie at the reception. She was amazing dealing with every single thing issue anything she is the best and also the manager I forgot his name exactly rainy or Rian.

Great experience. Phenomenal resort. Friendship staff and amazing receptionist. Natati from reception was amazing. Chef Ayman from the Buffet was very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Knows how to help and please his guests.
