Great hotel spoiled by the influx at weekends
Our 4th stay at this hotel and sadly we won’t be returning , come weekends it changes to all I can describe it as a 18-30’s holiday in Ibiza . Locals ascend at the hotel staying 1-2 nights making the most of the all inclusive. Buffet turns into a canteen and you struggle to get seated , people passing out in the pool from too much drink and throwing up around the sunbeds. Not your typical RIU .
On a positive note still looks as good as it did when it opened 9 years ago. Spotless clean and a great variety of food and beverages. 3 pools to choose from and no need to rush for sunbeds as there is plenty to go around . Nightly entertainment and games at different times during the day. Tuk tuks at the back are approachable and cheaper than the ones at the front . We used Booty (Leo) . He Will tailor the tours to suit , cheaper than TUI and cover more. Beach sellers - Dipika and Desika they are extremely friendly and trying to making a living . Everything is worth a haggle and would make their day if you went down to say hello and purchased something.

Amazing staff. Very friendly service. Bar staff are very helpful and polite, specially Prasanna,Piyumi,ravindu,lahiru,chamudi.

I am fully satisfied with the service, Meals, accommodation except bellow
- We reached hotel around 1.45Pm and got the room 3.45Pm around 2 hrs delay with very rush environment and even didn't receive welcome drink
- As per the booking that you confirm surprise gift for my birthday but nothing at least birthday wishes
Absolutely fantastic stay
We had the best time ever at this beautiful hotel. The general manager and restaurant manager went above and beyond to make this stay wonderful. Everyone working their is friendly, helpful, happy and a delight to talk to.
