This hotel doesn't deserve to be branded a Pullman. It is really a party hotel for Sri Lankan families. While the location, pool and beach are nice, the noise from the bar at night is invasive and makes sleep impossible. The "music" blares out every night until 11pm. The food is poor quality, especially to western tastes. The bed is hard. The rooms are spacious, but tired and in need of refurbishment. The staff are nice and try hard, but we did not enjoy our stay.

Awesome resort with awesome staff
I had a wonderful time here. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast buffet is extensive, offering everything from Western to Sri Lankan and Indian cuisine. The hotel is situated on a headland between the river and the occean, with direct access to the ocean. The resort also features a large swimming pool. The staff always have a smile on their faces and cater to every wish. Special mention goes to Shashini, Samuchi, Themiya, Ishara, and GM Anil. You simply feel at ease here. I would come back anytime.
Satisfactory
It was a corporate booking(BOC Kandy SGB) and i spent a full board overnight stay with my spouse. This was the best hotel i experienced with speedy internet. That is a good sign in hospitality industry. The 3221 room was good, clean and worth the price. Menus are satisfactory but the same can be improved with a good variety. Overall happy. Thanks and keep improving.

Wonderfull service and nice hotel
