Best resort & best staff - Radisson collection Galle
Myself Charita Almeida. I stayed with family in Radisson collection, Galle. Its the best resort I have ever experienced. I would like to appreciate & thank following staff members - Jayani, Pimeksha, Madhavee, Kasun, Odara, Pawani, Kavindur, Vimalesh , chefs & restaurant manager whom I came across during my stay . The staff members are extremely friendly & warm.The staff introduced me to the Sri Lankan cuisine by explaining each & every dish. They also customized as per our needs. Thank you so much guys for being so kind & warm :) :). Please recognise them as its rare to find such staff members :)
I really loved the vibe of this place - very positive & warm due to kind staff & ofcourse the scenic beauty. Each and everything is thoughtfully designed right from beachside area, swimming pool , jacuzzi, luxurious rooms, etc. The food was top quality. Looking forward to visit again :) :)
Beautiful experience at the pool bar
Came in to spend time with my friends, absolute perfect service by the pool bar staff Mainly to highlight Sameera from the pool bar, such beautiful and friendly service, very welcoming too! Would definitely come again!!

We had a truly wonderful and welcoming experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality exceeded all our expectations. We were especially touched when the staff welcomed us and lit the oil lamp for us—it was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. A special thank you to Ashan for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service staff were friendly, attentive, and wonderful throughout our stay. Kanishka at Fusion was super great and provided excellent service with a warm and welcoming attitude. To top it all off, the room had an amazing view. Overall, an unforgettable experience!
