Top stay, value for money.
Excellent sea facing stay. Room was top notch. Recommended for anyone who wants to stay somewhere between galle and mirissa. Dimuthu was great in his service.
Stunning location
The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were large and had everything we needed in them. I had a facial in the spa which was really relaxing and my skin felt revived. Stunning panoramic views of the sea. I could sit and watch the waves crashing all day.

Great family friendly Resort
We had a wonderful stay at The Fortress Resort and Spa. Lovely staff. Very attentive. Right next to the ocean with a huge pool for the kids. 5-10 min drive to Ahangama. The hotel restaurant served really quality food.

Birthday celebrations at Fortress
We have had an amazing experience at The Fortress. The staff are so attentive and helpful - in the restaurant (thanks Dimuthu & the team), at the poolside and even cleaning our room. It was our son's 2nd birthday while we were here and the staff did everything to help make it an incredibly special day for him (and us too), by decorating our room beautifully and helping us organise a little party in the garden. The location is amazing and we even had a little dip in the sea! All in all a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back!
