Outstanding Service from Sathya Sewmini
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Sathya Sewmini, who works at the front desk. She was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. She is truly an asset to the hotel. Thank you, Sathya, and the entire team, for making our stay so pleasant!

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort. The hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and the service throughout our stay made the experience even more special.
A special thank you to Sathya Sewmini for her warm welcome, friendly attitude, and excellent customer service. She was always kind, attentive, and professional, and made us and our family feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.
I would also like to express my appreciation to Coach Kanchana for the excellent yoga and stretching session. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and the session was professional, relaxing, and extremely enjoyable. His polite and respectful manner, together with his expertise, made it a wonderful experience.
Thank you to the entire Sheraton team, especially Sathya and Coach Kanchana, for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would be very happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!
First class experience
Sheraron, Kosgoda , Sri Lanka is one of kind. On arrival, we were welcomed with warmth and straight away felt at home away from home. The front desk stuff exceptional. We were five an assistant - a young lady, Nimesha who was an angel. Yasasi the Marriott Bonvoy representarive was super too. We enjoyed first class treatment from all stuff. We were surprising my husband and I with a birthday party was melted our hearts. Just when we thought we had had it all, they topped it with a live cooking demostrsroom with chef Chathushka. Thanks to all staff at Sheraton Kosgoda. You made our first Sri lanka visit while.

Excellent!
A very good hotel, caring staff, the food was good! We stayed with kids for a week and fully enjoyed it! Definitely worth visiting.
