Wonderful One Night Stay with Excellent Service and Delicious Food
We stayed at this hotel for one night, from 16th to 17th August 2026, on an FB basis. It is a very nice hotel with a wonderful swimming pool. The baby pool was very comfortable and suitable for my daughter. The buffet was absolutely superb and delicious for all three meals.
The rooms were very clean, and the sea view was beautiful. The service and staff were also very good and friendly. The restaurant manager was a very pleasant, polite, and helpful person. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our experience at the hotel..

Exceptional Service & Lovely Stay
Anupa and Ayoda from the main restaurant were incredibly attentive. They made sure our plates were cleared on time so we could enjoy each new course.
Harsha at Reception made check-in and check-out super quick, even though the counter was busy. She also checked with us during our stay. Yenul from the Front Office personally asked about our stay too.
I loved the ambience and the overall experience.
A Perfect Anniversary Getaway at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala ❤️
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful and memorable anniversary celebration at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala. The beautiful beachfront setting, peaceful atmosphere, and stunning surroundings made our stay feel extra special and romantic. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and spending time together by the beach. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their warm service made our anniversary even more meaningful. Overall, Cinnamon Bey Beruwala was the perfect place for us to celebrate our special day, and we would love to return again.

Quality of the 5 star ratings
We came with our two kids as part of an office trip. During our stay, there was a sudden two-hour maintenance issue with the flushing system in all the hotel toilets. While I understand that unexpected maintenance and emergencies can happen, the issue continued even after 10 PM when we returned to our room after dinner, and the toilet was still not functioning. After I complained, a maintenance staff member eventually came and fixed the issue. However, basic necessities like a functioning toilet should never be overlooked, especially in a five-star hotel. Managing this situation with two small children was extremely difficult and frustrating.
I am very disappointed with Cinnamon Bey Beruwala and the hotel management. I honestly question how the hotel maintains its five-star standards when such basic amenities are not properly managed.
We are checking out tomorrow, and I sincerely hope we do not face any further issues before we leave.
