We arrived today and went to Hoodies for a coffee and small bite. Staff were excellent and the food was delicious! Thank you
most things are perfect
Most aspects of the hotel were excellent. In particular, the Executive Lounge service was highly satisfying. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and most of the staff provided great service—though I was a bit annoyed by one of a female staff member at the entrance who asked overly repetitive questions to check the number of guests. However, the Wi-Fi speed was far too slow, making it difficult to get any work done

Great friendliness, fantastic pool and food, location is good. But much noise of events.
If you like entertainment and are a night person, this is your place. Live music, events. Outdoor terraces. If you come to rest and sleep, or for a conference I would not recommend this hotel. I have hardly slept and on one day our conference was impossible due to the loud event next door. Windows of many rooms can not open. A moldy smell in the conference room. A telekom mast with high EMF just above some rooms. On the good side: really amazing staff, great pool with a bit of greenery around, a gym, a little sauna. Food was wonderful. Location is good. Clean rooms, a bit outdated but ok.

Great Experience
Although my stay was short, I had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout. The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome. A highlight was the poolside restaurant, the food was excellent, and the beautiful setup created a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel.
