Wonderful service from Panchala
We really enjoyed our stay at the Granbell Hotel after more than two weeks exploring Sri Lanka. We were tired and looking forward to simply relaxing, but Panchala managed to wake us back up!
He shared stories about his family, his village, local culture and his dreams, and did everything with a smile. He has a great sense of humour, but more than that, there’s a genuine warmth and light about him that made spending time with him an absolute pleasure.
I couldn’t imagine a nicer way to spend our last night in Sri Lanka. Thank you, Panchala, for making it so memorable!
Stay was excellent
We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel kindly provided us with a room exactly as requested, with a beautiful beach view. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely amazing.
A special mention goes to Kishanth, who took excellent care of our room throughout our stay. He cleaned the room every day, replaced the towels regularly, and always made sure everything was neat and comfortable. Kishanth was extremely polite, friendly, and attentive to our needs. His warm and helpful service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is beautiful and Shamrin was very professional and helpful upon check in - he let us check in early (for a small fee) after a long flight which was very much appreciated
