More Than a Café — A Place That Feels Like Home ❤️
Café Kai at Hilton Colombo has become a very special place for us. What began as a place to enjoy a coffee has gradually become somewhere we come to relax, unwind, and feel completely at home. There is a sense of warmth and familiarity here that is truly rare.
A very special mention must go to Chamantha, whose exceptional hospitality makes every visit feel personal. He always welcomes us with such genuine warmth, kindness, and sincerity. His attention to detail and the way he makes guests feel valued are qualities that stand out and make a lasting impression.
We would also like to recognise Imarsha, whose excellent service and attentiveness add so much to the experience. The entire Café Kai team deserves appreciation for creating such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Their professionalism is matched by a genuine friendliness that makes you want to return.
What makes Café Kai particularly special is that it never feels like just another hotel café. It feels like our own little sanctuary at Hilton Colombo — a place where we can slow down, enjoy our coffee, and simply feel comfortable. Over time, it has genuinely become a second home to us.
Hotels can offer beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities, but it is the people who create the memories. Chamantha, Imarsha, and the entire Café Kai team are the reason this place feels so special.

Good experience, good food. There are some black swans in the viewing area. Services from Ochana, Dinesh and Kiara is wonderful, and the manager is providing warm hospitality (sorry for forgetting your name) Would definitely visit again.
Great stay.
Spend an amazing day at the hotel. The room and the view was so beautiful. There was a beautiful flower bocye, a chocolate box and a fruit basket and we really enjoyed it. Special thanks to Mr. Omesh, Krishantha, Lakshitha and to the front desk team, housekeeping team and to everyone how made our stay.
