Wonderful Stay at Zest Metropole Colombo! I had a wonderful stay at Zest Metropole, checking in last Saturday night. From the moment I arrived, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Value for money because this was a luxurious well maintained room an , the hotel is located in a best part of the city 👌🏻
A special appreciation to the young receptionist who welcomed me. He was polite, friendly, professional, and had a genuinely pleasant smile. 😊 He took the time to clearly explain the room facilities and hotel rules, which made the check-in experience very smooth and welcoming. 👏
The other staff members were also friendly, helpful, and decent, which made the overall stay even more enjoyable. ❤️
The only downside was the street noise outside, which made it a little difficult to sleep at night. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Zest Metropole to others looking for a nice and comfortable stay in Colombo.

I had a truly wonderful arrival experience at this hotel. A special thank you goes to the young trainee receptionist who welcomed me with such a warm smile and genuine kindness. He politely asked about my journey and how my day had been, which instantly made me feel relaxed and helped take away all the stress from traveling. His professionalism, friendliness, and excellent hospitality made a fantastic first impression.
I would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their outstanding service. Every staff member was welcoming, courteous, and always ready to help. The hotel is in a great location, offers excellent value for money, and provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just what you need for a stop over
Excellent location Very friendly staff Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were there for only one night to rest before seeing Colombo and moving on so this was an excellent rest point.

Good place for Colombo base
It’s an easily accessible hotel with clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Large rooms and excellent bathroom. Nice and quiet at night. Good coffee and restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff too who can help arrange onward travel.
